The food WAS NOT good, the service was very disappointing. We were a party of nine and were told we needed to be split into two groups, which was completely fine and understandable. However, this was communicated in a very rude manner, with unprofessional gestures.
The manager, Kevin, made a scene that created an uncomfortable atmosphere. As a result, nine customers left feeling upset and disrespected. Overall, the customer service was unacceptable.

All worth the little 15 minute wait. Sam was our waitress and she did an amazing job, calm and collected

My daughter and I drive from Jacksonville to come here quite often. It’s tradition we get a godfather pizza and picnic by the fort. We piled up in the car and drove the hour to this location to continue our very normal and usual routine. The girls at the Togo window told me they didn’t do Togo orders. They were unhelpful and full of crap as Iv done this 1000 times. Very saddened and disappointed we drove all this way for this and were met with rude girls and no picnic…. Won’t be back if this is how you treat regular guests.

Worst service ever, they couldn’t sit me and my friends together even tho they had free unreserved tables, we were waiting our food 1 hour and when it came it was cold and not fresh, I wouldn’t return and recommend this place to anyone!

This is the worst place I've ever been to in America. The service was simply terrible, and the interaction with the manager was awful. Please don't ruin your mood and don't waste your time trying to have dinner at this restaurant. I am a restaurateur and a chef, and I strongly advise you to fire your manager for their inappropriate behavior towards us in the presence of other guests.

This place is an absolute joke. The service was beyond awful — painfully slow, careless, and openly rude. Staff had no idea what they were doing and clearly did not care. We were ignored, treated with attitude, and left frustrated from start to finish.
The manager, Kevin, is completely unfit for his position. Arrogant, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional. Instead of resolving problems, he brushed them off and acted like customer complaints were a personal annoyance. His behavior alone is enough to ensure I will never return.
This restaurant has zero standards, zero respect for customers, and terrible leadership. I genuinely don’t understand how this place is still in business. Save your money, save your time, and go literally anywhere else.

After having a spectacular dining experience the night before at another local restaurant, I came in with high expectations that this one would be on the same level. The menu sounded amazing, and I was genuinely excited for warm, delicious pasta.
Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had. From the moment we were seated, our waitress seemed overwhelmed and not very welcoming. While our appetizers were decent served warm and flavorful our entrées arrived cold and were not enjoyable at all. Our second round of drinks arrived after dinner was already served, and when we asked about our alcoholic beverages, we were told the bar was backed up.
To make matters worse, I used the women’s restroom and was extremely disappointed by the conditions. It was very dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor to the point that I actually became sick. The restroom was in very undesirable condition, which only added to the overall negative experience.
I understand it was New Year’s Eve and the restaurant was busy, but that is not an excuse for poor service, cold food, or unsanitary facilities. If a large turnout is expected, proper staffing and preparation are essential especially in a town with so many excellent dining options. Sadly, this experience was very disappointing, and we will not be returning.

Been going here for years but the prices are absurd. Our half of a veggie pizza charged $2.50 for EACH 1/2 topping. 15 bucks for half a pizza of veggies. Ridiculous.

The Italian wedding soup and the salad were enjoyable. Unfortunately, the minestrone soup was disappointing. As for the pizza, the crust appeared undercooked, and the tomato sauce had an overly strong flavor, resembling a PizzaHut sauce rather than the Italian-style Campari tomatoes I expected given the restaurant’s four-star rating and nearly 4,000 reviews.
On a positive note, our server, Ocean, was very pleasant and provided good service. However, based on the overall food quality, I would not recommend this restaurant.

I came here with a large group (about 16) on Decemever 28 for dinner. The wait was expected since it is during the holiday season. I really wanted to like the pizza (sausage) but I find it lacking in flavor and texture. It reminded me of store bought pizza cooked in the microwave. However, the kids seemed to really like the cheese pizza.
