Errin?? I belive was the hostess by the Sidecar entrance, she mentioned a special on the italian flagged items at 50% off or $15.00the plate instead of the full price. We were sold, wenorder the 2 drinks and appetizer (muscles) and rhe pot roast and lasagna.however when we went to pay our bill was the full price.If any one could clarify how is it that this deal works, that would be great..Other than that... amazing food, great service, fantastic atmosphere. It was was within lunch time.

We came from out of town just to come back to pizzalleys! TWICE!!!!! In ONE day. Sam was our waitress at first and then Isabella and Kevin the second go around. We couldn’t be more happy and pleased with both experiences. Great food, drinks, atmosphere and customer service. Ask for any of them!!

My husband and I went to pizza alley and offer our highest recommendation to the restaurant but especially want to commend bartender Hanna in the Chianti Bar for her great and efficient service. She is a credit to herself and the bosses that have competently trained her. She is an important part of the business. She provides excellent service to the tables and at the same time, the bar she manages effortlessly. Great employees are hard to find but PA has one! She is a keeper!

As a former restaurateur , I can honestly say we have never had a worse dining experience in recent memory . We were seated, and in the course of the first 10 minutes , several servers walked past us, never acknowledging our presence . We asked for water, menus, and continued to be ignored - as though we were invisible . Finally , one server offered an explanation- that there was a new waitress, and therefore - we most likely were assigned to her. Then , this same server begrudgingly brought over water and menus , and was less than happy having us added to his tables. This same attitude continued throughout our dining time- never taking a drink order, walking by and sneering at us if we asked for anything. The table next to us, (that came is at the same time), had finished their meal, had the leftovers bagged to go, before we even had our appetizers. We brought this to the attention of several of the restaurant staff who had walked by during our meal. Eventually, some stepped in, finally apologizing for this waiter’s behavior, stating that he had personal problems . This may be - but his lack of regard to paying customers was outrageous . I would not recommend this eatery- even tho they reduced our bill. Why pay anything for this horrendous experience .???Do not eat there for just average food.- save yourself from this below average dining experience .

I have been eating at Pizzalley's since around 2005. Every time I have eaten here, the food and wait staff have been constantly excellent. There is typically a wait to get in, and it is for a good reason. The restaurant is clean and has an inviting ambiance. I highly recommend Pizzalley's to anyone who is looking for an excellent Pizza experience that comes with excellent service.

So don’t want to slam them to bad. We have eaten here a 100 times the past years. They stay crowded which says a lot. However, compared to some of the new Italian places they are falling short. Served us salads withSoft brown Lettus. We sent them back and the replacements were almost as bad. I had chicken parm. It was tough and the crust wasMushy. Our bill with tip was ?. Felt a little cheated. I’ll go back. But not soon.
