Small, family owned deli.I tried calling in my order but no one answered and after 3 attempts i just drove there. The only 2 people working were busy!My order didn't take long. We had a chicken Philly and a turkey, ham and bacon sandwich, the food was meh. One bread was soggy on the bottom but toasted on the top and the other bread came straight out of the bag, nothing done to it. P.S. Peppercini are great on sandwiches.I'm interested in trying the breakfast next time.

Neon sign says open. Door sign says should be open. Website says should be open, yet they are closed. Doors locked, no employees and no one answers the phone. Ate here once not too long ago and it was good and so was service. Not sure what happened but reliability is a must in this industry to succeed. I don't recommend just swinging by, maybe call first would save disappointment as in my case.

I ordered from Uber Eats as truly Bri.I put in the comments that I would like extra relish added and plain chips.I also called the store 4 times and no one answered my order was brought incorrectly.I will never order from here again

First time here, had the steak and cheese sandwich. Overall food was decent, served quick and hot. The soda machine was a bit flat.

Have heard things about the deli, all positive. Was convenient to get lunch there today. The place is deceptive, walked in and was surprised. The interior is large, plenty of tables, clean, and clean again (I like clean), the menu board has pictures, and divided by categories.Waited on in a reasonable time. It’s a small operation so at times the counter person has to step away. Only issue if I had to look for one. Be patient.I went medium Ryder. It’s a pita with ham, pork, provolone, I added peppers and onions. Pictured. The package deal was sammich, drink, snack bag and cookie. I should know the price but the wife treated. Win! It was reasonable, I think it was $12ishIt was very good, good cuts of meat, and warmed up was perfect for me.We’d come back.

2/13/2024First off, Ebony went above and beyond to make sure our experience was good. The food was tasty. The bread for my sandwich was so soft and yummy. It doesn't look like much as far as restaurants go in St Augustine, but everything was great none the less.

The workers are really great and attentive but the food is just horrible and overpriced. I got a $8 burger that was microwaved and I would be better off getting a frozen burger from Winn-Dixie down the street and heated it up in the microwave at work. Just grab the Winn-Dixie hot bar down the street for lunch instead.

I really wanted to like this place. It is one of the only places to get food by my job. First time trying it, it was good but my first thoughts are it’s way overpriced. They charged 9$ for a basic 6 inch. I got chicken salad sandwich with banana peppers. The chicken salad is made with canned chicken and they literally put one banana pepper on each side of my sandwich. For 9$??? Gave it another chance because like I said it’s one of the only places around. Put my order in online and it said it would be ready between 12-20 minutes. Okay I wait 25 minutes and walk over. As I walk up to the counter the guy was just grabbing my order ticket to make. Now I’ve wasted my break. Never again. Don’t waste your $

Stopped in here while getting my oil changed next door. Pleasant surprise. Great food and good service. I’ll support a family owned place like this more in the future.
