What can I say about this place that our waitress didn’t do to make it amazing and memorable! Catie was fantastic! Very sweet, very bubbly and on it! I had the best time because of her attention to detail. She was just great. Took our plates away after every “meal,” she kept our table clean and friendly with her energy and enthusiasm. She recommended the Brussels and they were on point! She made this a great time for us. She sets the bar high for all other establishments! Well done.

I'm an Uber driver and I must share that the service here is amazing. Hannah is always ready to greet me with the most genuine enthusiasm rarely seen. I think she's a bartender as well as a server and she is great at remembering orders and peoples names. There's a positive vibe amongst the servers and kitchen. It's always a pleasure to pick up my orders there!!

We don’t normally do reviews but seeing as we had the absolute best experience here today, we wanted others to experience the kind of service we did. Our server katie was so kind and perfectly timed our meals. Our drinks were refilled at half way point each time. Should try the flavored teas! We bought refills as she originally suggested them, and they were too good not to get another round. Yum. She was sat multiple tables at once (us being one of them) and you would not have known. She seemed to effortlessly to take our orders and get us everything we needed. She made sure my entire family had the best time. She was so kind and thoughtful. It was in the small things she was doing, too many to list here! Having a daughter that is in the same field, she is amazing. I would say the best server in St Augustine. Bar none! From giving us extra napkins when we didn’t even ask, to bringing us a hand wipe for our ribs, refilling our drinks at half way point, to her recommendations for our meal, to clearing off our empty plates in as we finished with them, (all without us asking) to her welcoming, genuine and warm personality, she is a must to sit with. There is just something about how wonderful she was. My entire party felt the exact same way. We were amazed that a place like Ruby Tuesdays would have such a hidden treasure! We wish she could be our server out everywhere! We got all her recommendations, upsold us to a salad bar as an extra side for all our meals, getting the flavored tea. She could sell to anyone! We definitely spent far more than what we intended, and she is 200% the reason why. She will be the reason we will be coming back in, again and again..please come in and ask for Katie!

Our server was Catie and she was absolutely amazing! We never had to ask her for a single thing because she was on top of everything. She truly made our experience one to remember. My son who is almost 5 and never gives anyone a compliment even said how nice she was. I've been a server so I tend to have high expectations when dining at a restaurant. She never once disappointed. This girl didn't miss a beat and not once forgot anything we needed. She made sure our drinks were always full and took away plates as soon as she saw they were empty. We need more servers like her! We don't typically go to Ruby Tuesday's but because of our experience with Catie we will be visiting on a regular basis now and will absolutely be asking for her as well. You guys are truly lucky to have her working for you. Most servers aren't even half as good as she is. The food was good and came out quickly, and exactly how we asked for it to be. The burger patty was a little small but for the price it was a steal! Please make sure you give the server Catie some recognition on her efforts because I know servers typically don't get noticed when they do an amazing job and why so many just don't care anymore. I truly hope that never happens to her, but she doesn't seem like the type of person that would ever give less than her all and her best. If you happen to read this Catie, thank you so much for being so kind and such a great server. I know it can be a hard job, but you are killing it girl! The 3 of us will be back and that is solely because of you and I can only hope that you will be working when we come back in.

This is the fist time in many visits to Rubys that I have had a situation. It was resolved in a very professional manner by James Martin. In our many dinning experiences Hanna and Brandon have always been professional, accommodating and going the extra mile to take care of us ! Ruby’s is very lucky to have these employees working for you. Great customer service and always greets us with a smile. I just needed to recognized these employees for a job well done!!!!

I have eaten here many times while visiting my family in St Augustine. The outlet center is really close and interstate 95 is minutes away. Very goo's food. Nice staff. Service is good as well. If you are visiting the area foe first time, try the train which is great to see the historic sights of St Augustine.

Kayla is an awful server that needs more training! Order "all you can eat soup and salad" and she refuse to being out more soup, you don't get extra napkins, and you don't get drink refills. Had to beg for everything we needed during our visit. Had Kayla twice as a server and she hasn't improved since she got hired.
