We’ve been coming to Ruby Tuesday every Thursday for a long time now, and one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back is *Kat*. She is hands down the best server we’ve ever had — not just here, but anywhere.
Kat always greets us with a smile, remembers our usual orders, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness make every visit feel like we’re dining with a friend. Even when the restaurant is busy, she never misses a beat and still gives us amazing service.
Kat truly makes Ruby Tuesday feel like a second home for us on Thursdays. We can’t say enough good things about her — she’s exceptional!

Catie was fantastic the other day. She was truly such a sweetheart and so beautiful a soul. She made everything about our dinning experience truly magical and magnificent. Catie's professionalism was so on point tonight. When we got in to eat tonight the kitchen was so backed up, and she was so kind and informative about it all. It seems maybe this place needs to hire more cooks. However then there was the issue about the credit card machines not working. We are very patient and understanding people but it seemed one thing after the other. If it had not been for Catie and her kind and mature manners about it all, I doubt we'd be back. Hopefully our next time will be with Catie and Ruby's will be better for it. The manager Courtney was also very kind. As was the bartender. They both say with us while on the phone with the company. I can not begin to understand the level of patience that all took on them but bless their heart for it. They was made the better for it of this I am sure. Our service was excellent and our food was fine but in my opinion maybe hiring for more management and cooks would do the trick. Not trying to complain just trying to say what I went through with our dinner. And trying to say that the staff there was great i can't say enough about how wonderful Catie was and good Courtney and the bartender.

If Catie was not there we'd have left and not come back. We arrived the other day, our family of four, greeted by Danielle, friendly enough, and we're sat in another servers area (Brandon). I guess he forgot about us, bc he never greeted us. Catie saw us sitting there and the way she took it upon her to make sure we were good, we won't forget. She made sure we ordered and got our food, the way she stayed to check in on us, you really do have a great person working here for you all. Let alone a server. She is the reason and the sole reason we will be back.

What’s not to love about Ruby Tuesday? They have been around for years! I always appreciate a restaurant that has a salad bar and low carb options! They definitely had a variety of different foods on their menu, which made it easy for picky eaters. We came in with a party of 6 and the manager was quite friendly and seated us immediately. Our waitress Holly was professionally and kind. We enjoyed our lunch there and wouldn’t mind returning when we are in the area! Thanks for the great service and food!

So I wanted to do a new review I have been dashing and eating at this location the past few weeks and first we usually get Brandon and he is always amazing but tonight we got the lovely Rayvinn she did a great job top to bottom our drinks stayed filled she knew the menu well had the greatest attitude and was so patient with us we were her last table and she in no way rushed us she gets 10 stars hands down and the cook Sue prepared the best meal I've had in a long time the steak was perfect and the potato oh it was so great and the zucchini had hints of bacon and other things and the flavor was so good I let the manager of the evening know how great it was and sent a tip to the cook and thanked her for my bday last month Mrs Courtney took care of me it was her bday too 🎉 and made it a great experience she is always amazing and when I dash usually Hannah the amazing bartender with a smile so contagious takes care of me and hands down I can say aside from one person this crew is amazing and they don't have a cook they have chef ❤️ I highly recommend it and def use there app it gives you a new deal every week the energy the food and the staff are amazing there like a little family really
