We did the self guided tour because we got there too late but it was well worth it. All employees were so nice and super knowledgeable, you get samples of craft cocktails with their spirits and they are absolutely delicious.

Place kicks! Drinks are premo. Staff is fire. Prices are legit. If you come to town and don’t stop here you failed St. Augustine. Debbie for the drinks that kick and Allison rings up all your non regrettable per-chases !

My family and I enjoyed the guided tour! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny! I def recommend as a must do in St. Augustine.
Jerry was instructor, he was knowledgeable about the history of the distillery and made us laugh. The tour was worth every penny.

I don’t enjoy the taste of bourbon but I liked the tour and the experience itself. Our tour guide was funny and entertaining.
Very nice experience, the tasting is good and the staff is super friendly and welcoming! The shop is also great, with a lot of different distilled beverages

We had a tour and free tasting. For the rum, there is a mominal cost, but it is worth it.
The place seems nice however if you are spending multiple days in the area and taste from multiple distilleries TAKE OFF YOUR BRACELETS AS I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO TRY VERY MANY SAMPLES WHILE I WAS SEARCHING SPECIFICALLY FOR TROPICAL DRINKS TO TAKE TO THE KEYS WITH US.
Went for a “perfect pairings” tour and really enjoyed it. Ended up making several purchases because of the drinks we tried. Bonus: was introduced to Crème de la cocoa chocolatiers through our tasting and went to their store to buy more truffles.
Dominic made our tour a wonderful experience with his interesting info and friendly banter. Plus, the bourbon was awesome. My wife and I will make this a must-do stop every time we are in St Augustine.
Loved the Bourbon Experience! We did the self guided tour and the Bourbon Experienceand and loved them both. Our certified professional, Dominic, for the guided tour was super fun and informative. We actually learned a lot about the history, laws, and tasting process. The tour was interactive, and the bourbon was excellent. I highly recommend this tour. We learned so much!
