Not impressed. Beautiful building, beautiful views. Outdoor seating all around the second floor is available. The service was good.
The wine had turned horribly, like a while ago. It was actually offensive. There is obviously no system to track the age. It's like wine roulette for the customer.
I had the special grouper. The description doesn't prepare you for what you get. It wasn't good.

Excellent Lunch
My wife and I shared chicken wings and a great salad. The wings were grease free and served with 2 sauces, both excellent. The salad was well presented, cool and fresh.

The server was very kind, and I don't like leaving reviews for a probably struggling restaurant. But my husband and I split a ribeye steak and wedge salad, e left trying to be positive saying"well at least we didn't overeat. I'm pretty sure the mashed potatoes were instant because they were on the soupy side. I had ice tea that was even bad. I would avoid this establishment in the future even though the staff seemed very kind.
The food was delicious . Our server, Erin, was fabulous. We will be going back

The reason for the 3 stars is because we didn’t have a great experience matching the reputation of this restaurant. It might have been partially our fault as we showed up for lunch late 2:00 pm . The place was empty, only one other table. The restaurant is beautiful but there the food was expensive and not great.!I ordered a soup and a quiche, thinking that it was going to be home made and I got a flat out of the box quiche for 24 dollars. I was very disappointed as I had heard great things about this restaurant.

Truly amazing brunch. Setting was great with views of the Castillo and water. Nice prosseco. Interesting selection ot appetizers and brunch items. The empanadas were amazing with a light and flaky dough and well seasoned steak filling. The biscuits and gravy were the best I have had anywhere. The biscuits were firm but flaky on the outside soft and smooth on the I side. The gravy had generous sausage without being greasy or heavy. The potatoes and fluffy scrambled eggs were expertly prepared. My wife had the veggie burritos which were also tasty and well prepared. Pricing good for downtown St Augustine. We have also been for dinner previously and they do a similarly great job. We'll worth the visit, unless you are in a hurry.
We had a really disappointing experience here. The manager was extremely rude for no reason since the monent we walked in, as if she was judging us for our age and appearance maybe? Anyways we ignored it and tried to enjoy our night but then we had a server thats was barely present. We never got our drinks, parts of our food were missing, and overall food is overpriced for what you get.
The view is beautiful and the place has potential, but poor management ruins it. Like us, some people will come just for the view and ignore the reviews but that only works once.
It’s fair to say my friends and I will never be coming back. Do not recommend to anyone.

Terrible experience. Food was overpriced and awful. Also, our order was incomplete. Our server was Erin. She barely acknowledged us and never checked back. No refills, no table clearing I mean….
The manager was extremely rude and made the night even worse. Service was painfully slow despite the place being almost empty. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money. Never again, there are so many better places than this joke.
Had a really disappointing experience here. For the price, I expected much better.
The host was rude from the moment we walked in, which set a bad tone for the night. Our waitress was polite, but slow to return and hard to flag down when we needed something. The manager, unfortunately, was very rude and dismissive when we brought up concerns — truly unprofessional and disrespectful.
Drinks (just tea and sodas) didn’t even arrive until after the appetizers were already on the table. The food itself was a letdown — mashed potatoes and green beans were cold, and a hair was found in one of the dishes. The kids’ chicken Alfredo looked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day — cold pasta, barely any sauce, and a dry piece of chicken just thrown on top.
I should’ve listened to the other reviews and avoided this place. Atrocious service and food quality. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Never got my food and watched the people that sat 30 mins after me eat the same food i ordered left very disappointed
Exceptional, elegant and good vibe, this is what it feels like in this beautiful and amazing place, the food is unmatched, the luxury attention, the quality high in St. Augustine, I recommend it 100
I asked if the food was good since no one was dining and waitress said absolutely. I ordered the rib I medium rare. I took 2 bites. Tough as a brick and not medium rare smother in brown glaze that was similar to out of a jar gravy. Waitress was sort of attentive and asked if I wanted a box, I said no thanks it was obvious I ate nothing why would I take it home. The quality of the meat was equal to Walmart not a fine dining experience. The other meal was lam chops for my daughter, she said at most mediocre. Very expensive for low quality and I think I have had a prime steak for less and actual could eat it. I don’t recommend this restaurant but I should have known better, I ignored the red flags.9
