Anyone can come to this place, it is practically mandatory in San Agustín, but for me it is essential, I love every detail of this place, its employees are wonderful I recommend it 100%

Fantastic experience visiting the winery. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, the wine selection and quality is top notch. Don’t miss out on their amazing selection of other products that make awesome gifts. Unfortunately I don’t live close by anymore but I try and visit the winery every three or 4 years to stock up on my favorites. Highly recommend their Port which is out of this world.

Me and my boyfriend came by and really enjoyed the atmosphere and employees. The wines stood out and the people along the way stood out more. Mac was very friendly, as well as the other employees who greeted us. We will be back again!

Overall the experience was something I would love to do again. Between excellent wines and great service I understand the popularity of San Sebastian’s. Mac was my last stop on our wine tasting tour, he was polite and friendly. The wines he had us tasting were great.(vintners red and ruby port). Shout out to Mac’s great service!

San Sebastian Winery Review – St. Augustine, FL

This was my second visit to San Sebastian Winery, and it did not disappoint. For just a $5 tasting fee, this is absolutely a must-stop when in St. Augustine.

During this visit, I sampled several wines: the Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Rosa, Vintner's White, Vintner's Red, and the Ruby Port. While I typically lean toward dry reds, the Rosa was the standout for me. Made from native Floridian Muscadine grapes, it far exceeded my expectations. These grapes often get a bad rap, but I was pleasantly surprised—this wasn’t just good “for a sweet wine,” it was genuinely enjoyable and ended up being my favorite of the bunch.

Fun fact: the incredibly popular Erie, Pennsylvania band Ruby Port took their name from San Sebastian’s very own Ruby Port wine.

Although we didn’t get the chance to check out the upstairs restaurant, the outdoor seating area looked very inviting and relaxing. I’ll definitely plan to explore more on my next visit. Highly recommend!

Wine tour is fun and educational. Roof top dining is great. Amazing views. Don’t forget a bottle of wine or two before leaving.

Their best wine (vintners red and white) are acceptable at best. $5 for a wine tasting? Yes please. But is it a tasting you’re expecting? Definitely not. Wines themselves weren’t that good, the self guided tasting is confusing and poorly navigated, you feel rushed and not relaxed. If you are from the Jacksonville area you will be better off going to Coopers Hawk and doing their tasting and getting dinner.

Quite disappointed- we have been going here for years, back to when you could watch them bottle the wine. The staff was very personable and now you have to pay $5 per tasting and you are given this plastic souvenir cup that we didn’t want or ask to be forced to buy. The tastings are not as nice as they once were. The staff are not as nice as they used to be and it feels like they are herding cattle. I understand times change but this family friendly place no longer has that feeling. We are so sad, we loved going here … On to the next one I go!

Our visit to San Sebastián Winery was an unforgettable experience, thanks in large part to TJ. Her knowledge of the winemaking process, passion for the craft, and warm, welcoming, friendly demeanor made the tour both educational and engaging. She took the time to answer questions, share interesting details, and ensure every guest felt at home. To top it all off, Don at the premium tasting bar provided the perfect finale with his expertise and hospitality. This stop is a must-visit for wine lovers!

My first visit to this Winery and it was great. It has free entry for the wine tasting. They offer a variety of very delicious wines. Although one of the girls who did the tasting for us was going too fast as if she wanted us to drown. After the entire tour they have a rooftop with a spectacular restaurant. We tried the burgers, the fried yucas and ordered a cheese board with cold cuts and everything tasted great. We will surely repeat.

So much fun! Free tastings and a fancy roof top restraunt. No official "tours" because it's pretty busy during Night of Lights.
