Seafood Kitchen of St. Augustine

First time here. Extremely pleased with numerous choices. The broccoli salad was amazing. Pink sauce excellent. Hush puppies very good. Broiled shrimp and blackened mahi excellent. Husband got shrimp and scallops fried with light breading. Will definitely return.

We had dinner at the Seafood Kitchen last night, and everything was excellent. Our waitress Carly gave us spot-on recommendations, so we were able to try a seafood platter and coconut shrimp. The seafood platter had fried oysters and clams, and at Carly’s recommendation we had everything else blackened. Fabulous seafood and sides. We will definitely be back!!

Our 1st experience at Seafood kitchen was great! The blackened swordfish was amazing and fresh! We will definitely be back often. Carly was a great and knowledgeable server. Her recommendations were spot on. This hidden gem of a restaurant gives you your money’s worth with generous portions and great quality.

You could not ask for a better seafood shack! I wish I got a better pic but I was so hungry I dug in right away. Got the crab burger which was huge! With fries and broccoli salad. The broccoli salad was AMAZING. I seriously could of eaten an entire bowl of it for lunch. I will definitely be coming back here again it was super reasonable and very tasty

Reasonable fresh, homemade items!!
I’ve been going there for 4 years! If you want fresh shrimp, homemade onion rings, salad dressing, desserts Seafood kitchen is for you!! We usually get the lunch portion and it’s plenty with your choice of numerous homemade sides (brocolli salad) and hush puppies!! Highly recommend as we go weekly between 2-4 for fried shrimp!! Why try somewhere else as we’ve got a good thing in Seafood Kitchen, St Augustine!!

Never trust a restaurant that dumps hot food on top of cold food… goes to show you how cheap they are, and what they think of customers. I ordered a platter to go and found hot fries and etc. on top of my coleslaw!!. YHEA THATS HOW YOU SERVE FOOD!!. 🤡 The attitude at the register was my first sign I should have walk out!!..

My husband and I are visiting the area for his birthday (New Years baby), and we happened into Seafood Kitchen. We looked at some reviews, typical before we patronize anywhere. They were promising. We came in and were greeted and seated immediately. After a few minutes our waitress (Carly) came over. We still hadn't decided, but she took our drink order and told us about the fresh catches of the day. She gave us a few more minutes, came back answered a few pertinent questions, and help us decide on the platter for two with side and an appetizer. Carly wrote nothing down from our order. While waiting for our food, I watched Carly glide through her tables like a dance. We had not eaten since breakfast, so we were pretty hangry. Because she hadn't written anything down, we were concerned that she forgot our appetizer(crab balls, delicious 😋). But, soon as we were ready to ask, they were coming piping hot out the kitchen. I tell you, they were worth the wait. All the food was delicious and fresh. She checked on us throughout the time we ate and when she had a larger party come in, one of the other waitresses checked on us. Carly, didnt miss a beat. It's nice seeing efficiency at it's finest. We will be returning.

I ordered a grouper sandwich for $19.99 and the bread looked great but I had 2 chunks of fried grouper on it instead of one bun size piece and it was very chewy, tough and fishy. The Cole slaw was good and fries just ok. Not once did the waitress ask how was my meal or inquire as to why I hadn’t eaten but a few bites. I eventually told her I didn’t like the taste and she said sorry and handed me the bill for $40 for our lunch. I didn’t expect my money back but maybe an offer for something else. I’ll never go back.
