Everything here is very consistent and wonderful. My favorite is the Pollo al Marsala. If they have the apple cobbler, just get it. You won't regret it.

Ordered online after trying numerous times to call the order in. The online verbiage is not easily understood nor explained. They need to make it easier to order with less fancy (Italian) wording and classify all pizzas under “pizza” rather than the first option being “$5 off pizza verde”. My mistake. Since soup is zuppa, I thought pizza verde was their version of “pizza”. I chose that then chose my crust and toppings - NOWHERE did it say all a “pizza verde” contained all that it did. When my husband got home with the pizza I refused to even try it, he did…big mistake - it was as awful as it looked. I wish they stopped trying to be so special with words and would make ordering easier!!!! Fix the APP OR START HAVING SOMEONE TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE!!!!! You just lost a loyal customer (yes, we stayed even after plenty of other mess ups!!!). Needless to say the offered to remake it but who wants to fight the rush hour traffic on 16 again?!?! So we take our business elsewhere. Problem solved.

My husband and I dined twice over this past week when we visited the area. We loved the vibe of the resteraunt. The food was really good. The calamari was divine! We loved that it was served with hit marinara sauce and peppers - it was very reminiscent of how it is served in Europe which I love way more! The bread pudding was divine! The lasagna serving was huge! My least favorite thing was the mushroom pizza, I thought it lacked flavor, mushroom amount, and the crust was just meh. Overall, we loved it. I am sure some people adore the pizza, just comes down to preference. But definitely worth a stop! Oh, and the jam jar wine is great!

Had an amazing time our server Haley was amazing her service was above and beyond The atmosphere is great inside or out then here a couple times but from now on our family will pacifically ask to be seated anywhere Haley is serving She made our experience totally amazing and fantastic just as well as the food We ordered the Pizza the New York strip over risotto and a order meatballs We had their house salad with a balsamic vinegar everything was so delicious. The music was nice not too loud it was perfect as a background noise we to talk and hear each other without music blaring like in some places. The atmosphere inside is beautiful but on a night like tonight where the weather is cool we sat outside and it was equally beautiful so I recommend this place very highly and asked to be seated where Haley is serving Not saying that the other servers are best but she is amazing

We called ahead for 3 at 6:30 but we weren’t able to be seated until about 7:15, everything after the wait was nothing short of amazing!

Our waitress was so friendly and provided excellent recommendations. We started with the giant meatball appetizer and their delicious bread.

I had the short rib as my entree and my husband had the Chicken Parmesan. Usually I would not want “fried chicken with red sauce” but everything tasted amazing. Their house made noodles stand out in addition to all other pairings on the plate complimenting each other.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Simone’s Wood Fired Craft Kitchen. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a scratch Italian kitchen in St. Augustine.

Anyone that knows me, knows I RAVE about this place. You cannot beat eating in house and having a pizza delivered to your table, but countless times I have delivered dinner to clients (I’m a real estate agent) that are in the middle of moving in to their homes and have not once had a complaint.

This past weekend, we had to find dinner for about 50 or so folks for a funeral reception. I knew my call needed to be to Simone’s - and they did not disappoint. There was more than enough food for everyone to eat, take food home, and still have leftovers - they delivered everything we needed to serve and keep the food warm. When we were deep in grief and overwhelm about the unexpected situation, the Simone’s family showed up and showed out. I will forever be grateful for the kindness and thorough planning, and I hope anyone else that has to deal with an awful situation is able to be taken care of the way we were with Simone’s. All guests were over the moon about how great everything was and we looked like heroes.

Ps - Never ever skip the bread pudding.
