I got a cupcake today from the school I substituted at, I don’t know who brought them in but I’m glad they did. The cupcake was gorgeous, very finely decorated with lots of frosting. Looks like buttercream frosting. However, this was not your typical cupcake. This cupcake was amazing. Not too sweet, just perfectly sweet; usually when I eat cupcakes the sugar makes me feel sick, but this one did not do that to me. And the frosting was so fluffy, like a mix between whipped cream and buttercream. And the cake was fabulous. It stayed together, it didn’t fall apart; and it was moist! Definitely would buy bakery items from Simple Sugars Organic Bakery. 10/10 recommend.
