Jersey Slice Palencia

This place used to be really good but now I don’t know if they’re extremely understaffed or what’s going on. Every single time I go there to get something to eat even during prime lunch hours there’s absolutely nothing there but one or two dried up slices. And it’s not like there’s fresh ones cooking in the oven. There’s just no options anymore. I went in today to grab a slice. They literally had one tiny cheese slice and two dried up pepperoni slices. Nothing else available to even get. The owners really need to step it up For higher more employees.

Been coming here since they opened, and have always had a great experience! From Buffalo Chicken Pizza Slices, to pasta dishes, this is your little slice of heaven around here. Be sure to grab some garlic knots, or even a few cannoli’s! Great staff that care about their food and your experience there.

Palencia slice was the best pizza I have had ever since I have lived in St Augustine the atmosphere was great it was very clean the workers were very respectful and were patient with their customers only waited about 20 minutes for our food we got the garlic knots and a large pepperoni pizza and a buffalo chicken pizza the pizza was better then any other pizza I have ever had definitely going to be back again

WOW!!! 🤩 My 12 year old mentioned how he prefers his garlic knots cooked at the counter… a few mins later the server walked over with them cooked to perfection and surprised him! Food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding!!!! The cook himself walked out to make sure everything was good as well. You just don’t find service like this anymore!

To start, the place was so beautiful and decorated amazing. When I entered I was greeted by a lovely lady and her service was awesome. The food was delicious and the portions were large, the dessert (cannoli) was so crispy and the filling was perfect. 11/10!

I love the food here I go every weekend to pick up lunch for me and my boyfriend!! But did go one day, and they were closed even though their business hours were open. Overall great experience.

I stopped in first of all because it says Jersey Pizza and I’m a Jersey Girl.
Got 2 slices to go because I was on a tight schedule. The young lady who took my order was very pleasant and personable.
The pizza is just the way I like it. I will definitely be a regular. Awesome!!!!!

Small slices and the cheese was not even good gummy texture 💁🏼‍♀️. Good pizza dough...

Lemon greek vinaigrette dressing was fantastic on the palencia salad. Garlic knots were the best I have ever had.

I just had THE BEST Margarita pizza ever! With a Cappriccio sangria which was also excellent.
Very good service, music at a proper volume, place is super clean and neat.

I will definitely be back! Happy we made this stop❣️
