All I ordered was a small Reese's peanut butter cup blast. It took me 10 minutes just to place my order at the drive-thru. We could hear the employees arguing over something. When we got to the window to pay for the order they had the wrong order and she said somebody skip the line because the order she tried to give us was the wrong one. She went to fix the order and returned with a melted cup of ice cream with one little spoon of Reese's peanut butter cup on the top. If I would have wanted a vanilla ice cream and a cup I would have ordered that. They are jacking up the prices and lowering the amount of food you get. Not a good way to make your customers happy

I interacted with Tony and another associate. They were severely short-staffed this night but Tony and the other associate did their best to provide top- notch customer service. Even with longer than usual wait times I understood that the 2 of them could only do so much under those circumstances. Thank you Tony and thank you to the other associate, you both did a great job!

I bought 2 milkshake It took them 38 minutes To make them And they was not busy.
When I got the milkshakes was all melted. So I send they back They remake them. Remake ones tasted Like they put soap in it. I guess thats their way of punishing people when they send something back So I had to throw it away what a waste of $13 for 2 milkshakes! And i tip them on top of it Before they even made my order. Never again! If they do this To milkshakes I wonder how many people food that they spit in!?

We started parking and eating in their outdoor seating area like when I was a little girl, because of what a great spot this is!
All of the staff is kind and helpful! Tony and Khadija are consistently amazing! Saint Augustine is so lucky to have this establishment in such a great location!

The service was absolutely horrible. Employee sounded like she wanted to quit there and had an attitude the entire time she was taking our order. Not to mention when we got our food she had even MORE attitude. It was almost mid-day and there was no one there so she was probably not used to doing work at that time. I work in fast food and this was just unacceptable. Food was normal sonic quality maybe slightly less. Place didn’t look clean and one of the stations was broken.
The word “smasher” is misleading. It’s still a frozen burger. A fresh frozen burger doesn’t make it fresh. Never again. Freddy’s here I come.

So I’m writing this AFTER they switched management here… before there was almost no one working, and the food and service were subpar as a result. Now there’s a full complement of staff, so the service is great, so is the food. Sonic as a menu is pretty GOATed, so they live and die by the staff that prepares the food. Now that new management is in place this place is WORLDS better than the 3.5 stars it’s sitting at now. Rachel Chris and Tony are awesome.

I got there 2 hours before closing. Many stalls had “out of order” on them and the drive thru screen also had “out of order due to maintenance”. The lights in the place are on but there was nobody working in there. I would rate lower if I could but 1 is the lowest.
