This sonic should be shut down. The employees are so slow and lazy and they smile like they are doing it on purpose. Terrible service

This place is always out of something, closed, or don’t have enough staff to do anything! This place either needs to shut down or revamp completely. I understand finding good employees these days is difficult but this is ridiculous and has been on going for months. Do better!

We placed an order through the app. Arrived on time. Worker kept bringing us multiple different orders that were not our. Finally my husband went in to ask after waiting 30 minutes about our order. Only 3 workers were working and there was a line of people just trying to get their food they paid for. He got the attention of a worker to ask about our food, she wouldn't acknowledge him and just walked away.

We are still waiting because we had already paid, but at this point I don't plan on returning this establishment again.

Was there at noon today four cars in front of me waiting for over 10 minutes for our order to be taken one order was taken the car pulls around the other three cars are left waiting another 5 minutes with silence no one taking our order through the drive-thru the car in front of me drove off I waited another few minutes and then I drove off also. You are losing business by having employees that will not answer the drive-thru window. Hire more people.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Sonic. Halfway through ordering, they had me wait for about 2 minutes. There was almost no one there and they were not busy at all. When I received my shakes I ordered, one had ice cream overflowing and instead of cleaning it up before giving it to me, the worker in the drive thru handed it to me wrapped in a ton of napkins.

Just went to get something to eat and no one is answering the drive through sat there.for over 10 mins at 8 pm... Only saw one employee talking to a truck outside and no one else on the inside.. normally love sonic but this has happened to me before.. and I'm concerned for this location bc of lack of employees working.. just drove all the way there for nothing!!!

The only thing I go there for are strawberry shakes they are the best ever but 99% of the time the ice cream machine is broken so very disappointing!!

One star cannot begin to express how completely disappointing this entire experience was. Every word we spoke through the drive was completely misunderstood despite explaining everything we said over again at least three times over. As we pulled up to the window they told us they didn’t have Reece’s and asked us for what we’d like replaced (this is fine, sometimes places are out of things that’s reasonable.) but then as we were being handed our food and ice cream they told us they had refunded the Reece’s items due to the ice cream machine not working and not because they were out of Reece’s which was obviously not the case as they had just handed us three other ice cream orders. And the final absolute insanity is the complete refusal to give me a receipt for the refund they made.

This was hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a fast food location.

Not open til 11:00PM. Got there at 9:00PM everything was off and the employee just bout hit my car speeding, leaving the premises.
