Cool place, cool people. 10/10 recommend

The cutest little coffee shop! The people working here were so friendly! They had a great selection of different types of coffee drinks. And pastries from across the street from Luli’s. This is a place you could definitely hang out and feel very comfortable. I wish we had had more time to spend here.

A unique, funky little piece of old Florida. Cool place to show friends from out of town. The uptown San Marco area is really developing and glad this is a part of it.

Got a sweet tooth? They’ve got treats for days—cookies, cakes, and all the sugar-coated joy your heart can handle. And don’t even get me started on the mimosas... hands down the best in town, no debate. 🥂

Craft beer fans, you’re in luck too—tons of great choices, plus a cozy bodega up front stocked with the yummiest snacks and goodies. 🍿🛒

But the true crown jewel of this gem? LIZ. The heart, soul, and sparkle of the whole spot. She’s what makes the magic happen. 💖

When I say this place is a hidden 💎 gem that's an understatement. The coffees are absolutely out of this world, tons of yummy sweets and treats. Mimosas are the best in town. So many great beer choices as well as a bodega store with tons you yummy snacks in the front! The best part about this place is absolutely LIZ

We love this place and the staff so much that I am conflicted about sharing with others how amazing it is for fear that the tourists ruin it 😅

Really cool spot. Grocery store not so much but neighborhood market definitely. Had some cool items in there. Some fresh made stuff as well

My iced coffee was tiny and super watered down. Kind of ridiculous when you’re charging close to five dollars.

Every week or so, we walk downtown and end up at Spinsters for a refreshment. Today, it started bad: when my husband went in to order, he casually said how are you today…she replied, not good…it went downhill from there. He ordered a beer and a Prosecco for me. The Prosecco was flat. I’ve had this experience before when the charge is low - it comes out bubbly but doesn’t hold. So, it seemed fair to take it back. The server said it was bubbly when it came out (it would be, as I said, when the charge is low). To demonstrate she poured some in a new glass - yes, it was bubbly on the way out, then died, as it will when the charge is low. I asked for a non-alcohol drink - you don’t carry any. I asked for a refund (at my age, if I’ve paid $8 for a drink, I expect it to be drinkable) but apparently your cash system doesn’t allow refunds….finally, I just got a glass of water. But when I got back outside, my husband had had enough and went in to ask again for a refund. She said not possible and when my husband said we wouldn’t be back, she said “good, I don’t want you back, I just wasted $16 of Prosecco”! Well, since I didn’t get a refund and she didn’t pull a full demo glass, she’s likely out $4 max…
So, sadly, we won’t be back. And we won’t be picking up a few things in the store after we have a drink. And we’ll let others know, the way people do. So, you might wanna correct t the no refund policy and you might want to check the charge on your draft Prosecco.

This place is yet another great spot to spend some time in St. Augustine! This is also a an opportunity to support local business owners. The folks who own and manage Spinster Abbott’s are hard-working, kind-hearted, friendly locals who want to treat their customers well. I look forward to my next trip here!

Also, the tap room is insanely cool. Such an amazing feel and has a very Cali vibe to it. Awesome music as well!!!
