Very flat latte. The place can be very overcrowded, and the shop has only two workers who are literally overwhelmed with the whole process. You have to wait for your coffee for at least 10+ minutes. I admire these guys who are doing their best to serve everyone. They should have some kind of raise.

Great shop with lots of cool drink choices with and without alcohol. The cake pops are awesome too. Went tonight and it was very busy but Daniel was working the register and preparing orders quick while being super helpful and friendly. Even though it was super busy he handled it so well.

A quaint cafe full of love, charm, and excellent customer service. I always make time to stop by, especially when Zach is working.

Came in and got the caramel frost latte and it was so good!! it had the perfect amount of salted caramel and white chocolate and the cinnamon really made it all come together!! The guy making my drink was named Zack and he was absolutely amazing as well! 10 out of 10 would recommend and come back again!

While visiting this weekend, the staff recommended me a salted caramel latte with cold foam and it was delicious.
Sitting outside in the courtyard and listening to live music made it a really enjoyable experience. A great place to relax, enjoy good coffee, and take in the local atmosphere.

Probably the rudest, least helpful service I've ever received. Layout is ridiculous. I visited weeks ago and keep remembering my experience and getting upset so I had to leave a review. Do not go here.

We stopped today for coffee and were served by a very nice lady and young man who aeemed to be in training, while we were paying we were VERY RUDELY rushed out of the door by the Manager and asked to wait outside for our drinks. When we stated we were still paying he stated well when you are done, do you understand now? His tone was soooo condescending and it was obvious the other 2 employees were so embarrassed. He stated there was an emergency, which was actually a milk delivery and nothing more. I have never been spoken to like that in a place where I was spending my hard earned money. The female employee made our coffees and they were wonderful but the owners may want to rethink who they let run their shop if they want people to return.

Cute coffee shop in the center of St Augustine shopping area.
Way overpriced for what you get.I paid $6.50 for a 12 oz latte. It was served lukewarm and not filled to the top.
I would have went back in there and complained but my friends were waiting on me.
I won't be back.

Worst cafe con leche I’ve ever experienced! The first Cups they gave us was basically black coffee Americano. And when I expressed this was not Catholic Leche and it was not sweet they had to remake it and at best it tasted like a latte and not a very good one. The muffin tasted like plastic.
The cannolis and espresso were amazing! Bella were so welcoming and helpful! Great experience

A Cozy Gem with Warm Service
This charming little coffee house is a true neighborhood find! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a really warm and inviting atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you can comfortably settle in with a book or catch up with a friend.
The coffee is consistently excellent—rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. They've got all the classics, of course, but I particularly enjoyed their specialty latte, which was perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. They also have a nice selection of pastries and small bites that pair wonderfully with their drinks.
What really makes this spot stand out, though, is the service. The two women working there today, on July 27th, are incredibly friendly and efficient. They genuinely seem to enjoy what they do, and their welcoming demeanor adds so much to the overall experience. They're quick with orders, remember regulars, and are happy to offer recommendations.
If you're looking for a relaxed spot with great coffee and genuinely kind service, this coffee house is definitely worth a visit. It's a delightful place to start your day or enjoy a quiet afternoon pick-me-up.

Staff was very nice. The drinks were so bad we would have thrown them away if they hadn’t been so expensive. Appreciated the outdoor seating.

Great atmosphere! I would definitely visit again and recommend. The joint is uniquely beautiful and the service was amazing. The gentleman, Koko, was very attentive and accommodating. 5 stars- hands down!
