Best fried shrimp I've had in awhile and I'm a Floridian! Staff was great. This is a dog friendly business, too. We'll be back!

We waited at the hostess station for almost 5 minutes before being seated, we almost left. After finally being seated it took a while to get our drink and food order in. The server forgot one drink and we asked on (3) different occasions for lemons for our waters. We then waited 15 minutes after eating to receive our check and another 15 minutes to get our cards back. We made it clear we had a tour and needed to get going, we were there well over an hour before the tour and the place wasn’t that busy. Aside from our server being very inattentive, the kids chicken tenders were wet and undercooked, we unfortunately didn’t have the time to ask to have them recooked or to have them taken off our check. There are a lot of restaurants on the square, this isn’t one I’d recommend.

I think they forgot to take our order, so I had to chase it up. The restaurant wasn't that busy. When the food arrived it was passable but I thought was a lot for whst you got and the quality.

I believe this establishment is ficticious about its fresh catch. I've had grilled flounder at many establishments, and this isn't fresh grilled flounder. The fact that It wasn't served with his eyeballs on my plate is the first red flag. The second red flag is that I've never caught a flounder as thick as the filets on my plate. Just saying..... the pics are right here, judge for yourself.

Food was incredible, definitely got tourist priced, but the atmosphere was great. Service was normal, nothing to complain but not exceptional. The good definitely redeems everything

Never experienced a more rude bartender. Wife and daughter were sitting outside waiting. 30 minutes go by of the bartender not looking my way. Think he was mad that I wasn’t ordering food. I have never posted a one star review but too bizarre of an experience to not say anything. Wish nothing but the best for the business but holy cow!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We came in with an 8 top on a Saturday night at around 5:30. There were only two tables seated in the whole restaurant. We put in our drink order and it took 10 minutes to get the water and two beers to the table. After that we put in our order. 45 minutes later 1 plate comes out and that’s it. Our server said the rest was coming right out. My wife didn’t want to start to eat her food before her kids and the rest of our family got their food. 15 minutes later two more plates come out. By this time my wife’s food was cold. She sent it back. So now there’s two people with food at the table and nobody else has anything. No water, not anything. 10 minutes after the two got their food one more plate comes out and he said the rest is following right behind! What do you know, 10 more minutes go by and nothing. At this moment we told our server that we are going to be leaving and not dining with them. Please take my advice. If you’re looking for a great restaurant with great service, this is not it. There are so many great dining options in Saint Augustine. Do not waste your time or money here. Especially if you’re a party of 4 or more. I understand that an 8 top could be a surprise for a restaurant, but come on. You should be able to manage it.

Terrible from start to finish, waited 15-20 minutes to be seated when there were only 4 tables occupied out of probably 20-25, ordered a round of drinks that took so long we almost said forget it, drinks came out and were actually pretty good, then we ordered our food and when it arrived , almost all of it was cold, not even room temp, cold as could be without being frozen.

We had 3 children between 2 families and even they didn’t like the food , chicken tenders and fries, ain’t to hard to get it right and bring it out hot.

I’ll never go back or recommend this restaurant

If you’re looking for a good lunch then maybe this is an ok place. But dinner, nope. Our server was awesome. Food took forever to get to us and it was below subpar. Meaning, it was awful. I DO NOT recommend this place. They are in a perfect location and could have really good business but they need to clean house. Like I said, don’t waste your time.

I went with my mom and my sister to enjoy the town and we choosed to be on the wait list for 90 minutes, the host was very nice, we went back to ask for the time and they told us about 30 mins again… We went back and we were the
next on the list, so we decided to wait on the bench they have inside, we took a look to the menu and picked our food… so, I reached the host in a very nice way if we could order in advance due we were the next, she was telling me it wasn’t possible BUT! The server VIVIEN, which I wasn’t even talking to, or looking at her, said in the rudest way YOU CAN’T order in advance, if you want go to order a take out, I told her she hasn’t any reason to be that rude and not to give me that attitude, that I was waiting for more than 1.5 hours and didn’t wanted food to take out, she was even more rude and said she doesn’t care and told the host she wasn’t gonna serve us… you know what? The 7 people that was behind us on the list came to me and said they felt terrible about the way that woman treated me and they left, I was clear i couldn’t leave because my mom was starving… the next server was nice and tried her best, but seriously, a server like VIVIEN, shouldn’t work in a place were she can lose that easily when someone is. It even talking to her.
Thanks dear VIVIEN, your restaurant lost 10 customers in 1 night because we’re not going back
