Came in before 830am, the place was pretty gross. Floors were dirty, table tops looked like they haven’t been cleaned in days. Food crumbs all over the floor. Managers need to step up or out from behind the counter and make sure they’re cleaning this establishment.

New to the area, where I'm from you don't have check in at the drive thru with your mobile order, you just drive up to the window. The employee berated me for not stopping at the window and telling them. Explained I'm new to the area. She asked my name and it was literally right there ready at the register. She does not need to be in customer service. I'll stick to going to the Target Starbucks.

I like Starbucks, but this location has started writing little notes on their cup. Today they handed me a cup with “Slayy” written on it in sharpie, and I think it’s gross to push drag slang on people who aren’t degenerates.

4 out of 5 times the service is HORRIBLE…. Rude attitudes, messing up my order…. They mess up and get mad when you ask for it correctly. I’d rather drive to the one on A1a… the service there is always wonderful!

It seems unfair to me that he went to Starbucks, I ordered a coffee with 20 minutes left to close the establishment, the man at the cashier made gestures of displeasure at me and when I received my coffee it was a total displeasure, I found it very black, tasteless and also the attention It was very bad.
I recommend that you never order a coffee with milk.

I recently visited my local Starbucks and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and delightful offerings. The cashier patiently explained the differences between the standard espresso and the blonde espresso, enhancing my appreciation for the nuances in flavor. I decided on the Caramel Brûlée Latte, a seasonal favorite that perfectly balances rich caramel notes with a hint of espresso.

To complement my beverage, I chose the Potato, Cheddar & Chive Bake—a savory blend of diced potatoes, cheddar cheese, spinach, and chives, mixed with cage-free eggs and baked to golden perfection. 

The entire staff exuded a cheerful demeanor and worked diligently to ensure every order was prepared promptly. Their seamless teamwork and graceful coordination created a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced the overall experience. I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend this Starbucks location to others.

This location needs some help! When they first opened my wife and I were so excited as we go to Starbucks daily, sometimes twice. We generally would go to target or A1A. The drinks here were constantly messed up or poor quality in the beginning so we figured we would give them time to adjust. But nothing has changed! 7 out of 10 times the drinks are just not made well. The customer service is “ok”. If you place a mobile order and get there after the order time, they still feel the need to almost guilt you if you are in the drive through to drive up if your drink isn’t ready. The process is pretty unnecessary and uncomfortable so we just go in now. Overall, we still visit here frequently do to the convenience but try to avoid this location any time we can! They definitely need ALOT of training both drink wise and customer service wise!

Update: After months of coming here unfortunately as it’s so close, nothing has changed! I visit Starbucks 5-6 days a week, my coffee is plain and I’m super easy going. If I could give this location zero stars I would! Rude staff and poorly made drinks are the norm here! I’m done with this location!

Parking lot is a mess. Should be able to park and go in but the drive thru is chaos. Sprinklers are pointed toward the sidewalk so that wasn't a good option either.

They didn't have enough employees, and although I understand that drive thru takes priority, they should try harder to get the people inside served in a timely manner as well.
