This store is the only Starbucks that can make my coffee correctly. I order a basic cinnamon dolce latte the way the menu has it every single time from different Starbucks and this store is the only one I have been to that makes it the same way everytime. I only wait to drink coffee at this store now.

Rude, obnoxious and horrible treatment to a loyal customer over a simple hot coffee refill. I won't ever go back to another Starbucks, or buy any product they sell. Voting w my feet and money, and will tell everyone I come across not to buy their products. The culture is really bad for your well being, stay away!

Very friendly staff. This is our favorite Starbucks location around.
Waking up early, I wanted a quick breakfast. I searched nearby and found that Starbucks was open, so I decided to stop for a breakfast sandwich.
From the menu, I chose the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich. The service was quick, and I received my heated sandwich.
The sandwich was served hot and was perfectly made--delicious, flavorful, and just what I needed for a quick breakfast.

Tiny store. Only one small aisle to sit at with a long table/bar against the window with chairs for dining/drinking’ in - right across from the bathrooms.
My REAL complaint is the audacity to charge EXTRA for ice. As in, if you order an iced coffee, they charge you for the regular price of the drink PLUS an additional charge for the ICE!!! The audacity of doing that. My next move is to call the district manager and corporate.

Freaking terrible! People who came in after me were getting their drinks before me. Dude, who made my drink, had long hair but wasn't pulled back or wearing anything to prevent hair from falling into food and drinks. Wasn't even wearing a uniform. The manager clearly didn't care when he saw this. I asked for extra caramel and extra carmel crunch, got neither!! Won't ever go here again!!

I ordered with Ashlee at the Saint Augustine location; who was rude, impolite, and rushed me. I took a second deciding between two items and she was hasty and rude, insisting I should know what i want when I come in. Following that, Ashlee directed nasty looks in my direction as well as rolled her eyes and shook her head at me. I felt extremely unwelcome and embarrassed. I sure hope someone addresses this issue.
