Waking up early, I wanted a quick breakfast. I searched nearby and found that Starbucks was open, so I decided to stop for a breakfast sandwich.
From the menu, I chose the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich. The service was quick, and I received my heated sandwich.
The sandwich was served hot and was perfectly made--delicious, flavorful, and just what I needed for a quick breakfast.

Tiny store. Only one small aisle to sit at with a long table/bar against the window with chairs for dining/drinking’ in - right across from the bathrooms.
My REAL complaint is the audacity to charge EXTRA for ice. As in, if you order an iced coffee, they charge you for the regular price of the drink PLUS an additional charge for the ICE!!! The audacity of doing that. My next move is to call the district manager and corporate.

Freaking terrible! People who came in after me were getting their drinks before me. Dude, who made my drink, had long hair but wasn't pulled back or wearing anything to prevent hair from falling into food and drinks. Wasn't even wearing a uniform. The manager clearly didn't care when he saw this. I asked for extra caramel and extra carmel crunch, got neither!! Won't ever go here again!!

I ordered with Ashlee at the Saint Augustine location; who was rude, impolite, and rushed me. I took a second deciding between two items and she was hasty and rude, insisting I should know what i want when I come in. Following that, Ashlee directed nasty looks in my direction as well as rolled her eyes and shook her head at me. I felt extremely unwelcome and embarrassed. I sure hope someone addresses this issue.

My name is joey wages I use to have problems with the old workers Sidney and missia but I wood like to take some time out if my life to thank all if the workers four being nice to me I'm a son if a war war 3 vet I have about a year to live with a brain tomor this one worker has been super nice to to everyday Mrs beffinne has been going out her way to be nice and talk to me unlike the old workers that use to spit In my drick and be mean to me this super bucks if I could gave them a 100 I wood thank hoj star bucks four the whyfi use I can not pay my lights or phone so I have to use you guys whyfi

This is the second worst Starbucks I've ever been in. Unless everyone working today was having an off day. I got the wrong food order, my drink took 12 minutes to make, the batista started and finished 3 other drinks before even touching mine again. And I bought a mug and the guy just said thanks and walked away. Didn't offer a bag or receipt or even shove the mug back in my direction.

Upon arrival, the store had two customers. We'd been waiting well past the pick up time for a doordash and tried multiple times to talk to an employee. Pickup was scheduled for 9:09 and we waited for quite a while after that before unassigning it. At this point it'd been 20 minutes of being ignored. As we walk out, one of the employees started waving his arms and staring at us as we leave. He then aggressively started shaking his head whilst glaring at our vehicle. That aggressive behavior is rude as heck. Check the camera if you don't believe me. 10/10 worst service I've ever received at Starbucks and it wasn't even for my own stuff.

Me and my friend waited 10 mins for her to take our order, while she was taking my friends order the lady kept walking away and my friend literally couldn’t pay because she kept leaving. Then she didn’t even receive her drink until after mine and after 3 other drinks that were the same as hers which she ordered before any of those people even had entered the store. Horrible service.
