Typical Starbucks. Mobile order seemed to take a little longer than normal. They were not busy. Drinks were all made correctly and were the proper temperature.

First of all there was only 2 customers and i had to wait for 25mins in the drive thru. My order had 3 drinks, 2 of the drinks were not correct. The Girl was taking the orders and making the drinks thexnd customers came up behind me. Butcher girl was doing all the work. I seen 2 other males inside the store that were employees. They didnt even try to help the girl. She was trying but the other employees could have helped her out. Its suppose to be Team work. I went up there Saturday 9/13/25 around 7p

There is not enough Stars for the Starbucks on State Road 16 in St Augustine Florida I think there needs to be an option to add more stars because their customer service was phenomenal I'm talking about I felt a good Hospitality this is serious and her service not just hers every lady that was in that store came across with excellent quality and customer service so I told the lady I think I know what I want but I don't I want a coffee with a lots of espresso and with flavor and she recommended me the new brown sugar oats shaking espresso delicious that lady knows her business great job thank you all I knew is I wanted coffee

Those people took forever. It took them 15-20 minutes for two drinks plus a water. The people in front of us got 3 drinks and took so long. So please speed up the work! They had a lot of employees to help them. Please please speed up the work.

Used the drive-through this morning and ordered a chai latte with lavender. Once I got to the window, I said “good morning” to the woman working the drive through and was completely ignored. The entire transaction was done without her saying a single word to me. I was handed my order, No “thank you for coming”, “have a great day”, or any other common courtesy you’d expect as a customer. After driving away, I then noticed I was given a Matcha latte instead. So the order was also wrong. Not the end of the world, but why even work at a coffee shop if you’re not even able to say hello to a person? Not even a smile. The whole experience made me feel like the employee thought I was a nuisance.
