Ordered a Venti Hot drink only to find out after leaving the facilities drive thru that they only filled my cup up half way with the drink I ordered. Lesson learned as moving forward I will be opening the lid prior to leaving the drive thrus.

Stopped on our way home from Melbourne. Service was friendly. Bathroom was FILTHY! Food was alright, I ordered a tea with Sweetener which they forgot to add. Not a great experience for SB!

I walked in and said I want something cold, sweet and with caramel. The woman at the register gave me a long list of options. She knew her stuff. Was very nice and friendly. She didn't know it was my birthday and it was a great start to turning 31! I believe it was a caramel crunch Frappuccino and it was SOOO good. Exactly what I was looking for. And the bacon, gouda, and egg sandwich was pretty good too.

Great place for a snack and a drink. The staff is friendly and helpful. Pink drinks are amazing. Cake pops are delicious. The bathroom was clean as well as the rest of the store. Parking is available but might have to wait a few minutes.

The lobby just doesn't meet standards I've grown accustomed to. There is plenty of room to accommodate could a face-lift.

So when we came in they were understandly busy and that's fine. I took my order with a nice person, they had a black beanie on and kinda shaggy hair. He was really nice and laughed about how my partner numbers had a lot of twos. That's not the reason for my 3 star review. The barista Taylor was being kinda funny per my cousin saying it to me. So I just thought it was kinda weird
