When you blend a mocha frap with extra espresso shots but afrer blend you throw away more than half bc it does not fit, the espresso is gone as well! Please retrain staff as this location does this everytime. Espresso needs to be in shake not in garbage.

Order ahead from the line, you will be sitting in line a while but by the time you get to the window your order should be ready. It’s Starbucks, overpriced coffee that’s just ok. I only come when I have a gift card so I’m not a regular customer by any means.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I was there with my toddler and a friend had her toddler and a few friends, trying to enjoy a rare moment out. As any parent knows, toddlers can be lively, and while they were simply having a little fun, one of the male baristas rudely asked us to make the kids “keep it down.” As a mother, I found this incredibly frustrating — managing toddlers in public is already challenging enough, and it felt very unsupportive and unkind. It’s extremely discouraging to be treated this way.

I used to come here all the time and everything used to be great, but I guess things have really changed here. We ordered Salted Caramel Cream Cold brews today and this is a drink I've ordered many times. I know what goes in the drink to the T and what we got was not it. I immediately knew at the window that our coffees looked off because they were white and when I tasted it it was over run with sugar and cream. Not even a hint of coffee. My husband's was the same. I had them remake mine and as I'm waiting on it to be remade the girl at the window proceeds to tell me that I need to be more specific on what I wanted and if I didn't want sweet cream I should've said no sweet cream. To which I said that I know for a fact this drink doesn't come with sweet cream. After a minute of back and forth I realized this girl thought we ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and out of the signature Cold brews I know that's the only cold brew that gets sweet cream automatically. When I received my re-made coffee it didn't have any vanilla syrup and was horrible. I accepted defeat and left... But word of advice, make sure the employees know the differences in Cold brews and teach them not to berate the customers at the window because it wasn't my fault. It was theirs. I will not be returning.

I asked for a grande strawberry açaí lemonade with no ice. I got a grande cup filled up half with lemonade. I took it back to tell them to fill it up because 1: i didnt pay for a half drink, 2: just because i dont ask for ice doesnt mean to fill up the drink half. I’ve gone to multiple other starbucks and they never did that to me when i asked for the same order. When i went back to tell them to fill it up they had the audacity to tell me i have to pay extra. This is a lie and this is the worst starbucks ive ever been to! I hope the girl who served me see this.
