I asked for a grande strawberry açaí lemonade with no ice. I got a grande cup filled up half with lemonade. I took it back to tell them to fill it up because 1: i didnt pay for a half drink, 2: just because i dont ask for ice doesnt mean to fill up the drink half. I’ve gone to multiple other starbucks and they never did that to me when i asked for the same order. When i went back to tell them to fill it up they had the audacity to tell me i have to pay extra. This is a lie and this is the worst starbucks ive ever been to! I hope the girl who served me see this.

I DO NOT GET IT ? how American people pay almost $4 for a small coffee ? Is this is a small coffee I don't want to imagine how much they cost a large one? I asked for senior coffee☝?and they tell me we don't have nothing for senior ? I just left and I say I'm going to make my own coffee in my house ?

I can't wait until the Dutch Bros opens down the street.. Dirty building surrounded by vultures. Always running out of food. How do you run out of paper products? Managers can't take inventory and maintain stock even with computers telling them what to order. Subpar coffee compared to other Starbucks, can't make cold foam float. Employees complain when you don't order online with enough notice even though I could easily order at the drive thru with zero notice. They spent thousands of dollars on their webcam drive thru console that they don't even use anyway. Advice: fire your general manager.

Love Starbucks but prices are steep
Couldn’t make a simple white hot chocolate! Had to inside after getting order in drive- thru. After waiting another 10 minutes I end up get hot milk with “no” chocolate at all! Toasted bagel now COLD!

Caramel frappe was great! And the lady who worked the take out window short red hair was like sunshine, she was super efficient yet thoughtfully responsive and curtious. People who kindly pass by our lives even for a few short minutes and leave us with a smile are soo appreciated.

The store never looks clean. Someone came up to say soap wasn't working in the women restroom. The manager was really short with her.
