This Starbucks is like all the others with one exception. It’s always closed due to staffing issues. It seems like every time I go they closed around 12pm for the day. I wonder what will happen when they open the new one near Beachwalk. How will they staff the new one when they can’t staff the locations they already have.

Take order wrong. Tell them at speaker. Then call n tell them. Then take my drink is still wrong and it taste like dirty water (Im sure intentional). Come in and tell them i tried to correct. Then she asks barista if she made it right which with attitude they she says yes. Manager remake and it tatse normal how it always is. Bit of advice if everyone is upset at drive through like we over heard yall saying. Then put a new barista or drive through lady. People dont complain for no reason. Ok maybe 1 or 2 wierdos but if everyone is complaining then take a step back and look at what your doing. The audacity of attitude is unneccessary. We only waited 30 mins and tried to correct. Imagine how it feels.

Google says they are open. Their sign says they are opening until 6 but decided to just be randomly temporarily closed today and didn’t feel like it was necessary to update anyone

I would just Like to leave a brief comment about the young lady that is currently working the cash register for the takeout orders today, March 9 at 8:53 AM. I was having issues with my Apple Pay, and she went absolutely above and beyond to take care of the situation. You are lucky to have an employee like her who is willing to go out of their way to take care of just one single customer. People like you ma’am, are the reason I continue to come to your store every single Saturday morning.

Order ahead because mobile orders take precedence over people standing in the store.

First if you want to enjoy the absolute best Starbucks in terms of service and efficiency go to Nocatee. Simply amazing. Want the complete opppsite experience then Palencia is your place. Slow always, out of product many times, no sense of hospitality and they seem to have their own hours being closed at times in the middle of the day. You just expect more

This is a weekly experience, I ordered an online order and 20 minutes later it was still not ready. Although the estimated wait time was 4-7 minutes. I ended up waiting 25 minutes. There’s 7 workers and 2 doing drinks? Why? Then when you ask about it they give you attitude as if you don’t have somewhere to be. They will keep working on everyone’s drink and not start on yours on purpose. Even though you are right there waiting and no one else is.

This Starbucks takes longer to make a coffee than it would to sit at a restaurant and order food. I'm the morning I understand it takes about 20-25 minutes to get through the drive through but they don't even start your coffee until after you pay so it takes unnecessarily long. Today I ordered online and left my house at 2:45 pm with the expected pickup time to be 2:52- I did not receive my drink until 3:16. Over 30 minutes for a coffee. I called to let them know and kind of got shrugged off. No apology or remedy. Pay $8 for a coffee that took 30 minutes to make. Never going to this location again.

So today I'm going to the Starbucks to get a treat for me and my wife as we're sitting at the window I light up a cigarette and one of the employees immediately comes running towards window telling me I can't smoke in my car you have to be 25 ft away. My understanding was that rule applies if you're sitting out in front of the store and a table drinking your coffee but not in your car. Your car is equivalent to your home under the law so basically I had a store employee tell me I can't smoke in my car. I think over the many years that we've been going to the store that they've been batting about 95% on excellent employees but sometimes at 5% of the you're going to do what I tell you to do people slipped through. That 5% will definitely impact a business when they speak out of turn.

Typical Starbucks. Pretty decent. I am pretty disappointed in the new interior. Concrete floor like Walmart and reduced seating that is not comfortable. But it's fine and the service was fine. I'm glad they are here and will continue to stop in occasionally.Vegetarian options: Typical Starbucks menu items. You know what they have?Parking: Loads of free parking
