I ordered a grande iced latte with salted caramel cold foam , oat milk & caramel drizzle with 4 pumps caramel. I received regular cold foam, no pumps of caramel & no caramel drizzle. When I kindly let the lady in the drive thru know my order was wrong, do you know what she did? She handed me pumps of caramel in a cup. When asked about the other modifications, she tried to explain to me what it was instead of just remaking it. When I said i wanted a refund, they told me i had to call the customer service number. Paying $9 for a coffee & get treated like this? unbelievable

No decaf coffee??? And all coffee seems to be Luke warm.... I want my coffee HOT!!! Their scones and pastries are Blch. And there was only one clean table at 210 in Jacksonville, with only 2 customers in the dining room. No wonder my stock in Starbucks is so pathetic!
