I have been at this location several times. When they make a mistake, they pop an attitude with you. I managed a Starbucks for 15 years. The way they treat their customers is astounding. After I complained about my drink and she popped an attitude. I let her know that they screwed up my child’s drink, but I didn’t even make them fix that one. I just can't wrap my head around a beverage / coffee establishment that doesn't have a bathroom. It just doesn't make sense to me, so we have coffee, and if we have to use restaurant we have to leave and if we want to wash our hands before we eat we can't. Bummer here.

Located in Casa Monica near Flagler College downtown. Really cool historic building and hotel lobby definitely has that old world charm. Normal Starbucks otherwise, staff seemed put out dealing with customers on a Sunday morning though...
Parking: Parking will be tricky pending day and time you choose to visit. Everything is walking distance downtown, find a spot and enjoy the stroll if you cannot park nearby.

AMAZING customer service~ Rebecca the manager and Jaimie went above and beyond to make sure myself and my co workers were taken care of in timely matter. We will definitely be back more often! I wish I could give more then 5 stars.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. Went for breakfast and ordered ahead online, got my sandwich within five minutes (not bad).However, it took them 17 minutes to make my very simple drink. my friend who ordered at the same time as me quickly received her drink and sandwich while I had to wait. When they called out my name my drink didn’t even have the whipped cream on it (that is was absolutely supposed to have), I didn’t want to be rude so my friend went up to the counter to ask them to put on the whipped cream for me, the lady had a massive attitude with her. She quickly threw some whipped cream onto it and then didn’t even put the topping on the cream. horrible experience, horrible service, they weren’t even understaffed.(The drink legit says it includes whipped cream and pumpkin spice topping) this was my last straw today….

7 people in the location including the 2 care free employees... took 20 minutes for two frapachios vanilla bean no coffee and White mocha... messed our order up, followed by 2 of the 3 other orders with the folks after us, the lack of "focus" or care was mind boggling ?? as if there were 16 orders to make......not 4 !! From hello what can I get for you to oh here you go sorry for the wait, close to 20 minutes.. granted we were not not in a rush it was the simple business principle / ethics, which there is none present at this location attached to an exquisite Hotel.... 2 frapachios took the time it takes to grill 2 new York strips and 2 bake potatoes...lmao ? >>>Stick to City Perks Coffee shop for sure...

Today When I came in the store there wasn’t many customers and the baristas were having a conversation. I walked up to the counter to order and the guy that took my order at no expression and was completely quiet. When I went to pay i was locked out of my phone for one minute and I laughed and said “I’m so sorry my phones locked me out” and he still just looked at me with a nasty look on his face. I cannot stand bad customer service especially in a tourist town like Saint Augustine.
The place is clean. Unfortunately the staff needs a serious attitude adjustment. They weren’t friendly at all.
It’s difficult to hear in their intimate space with the music as loud as it is. So the annoyance they display when you ask the staff to repeat themselves so we can hear is ridiculous.

I love their coffee, but….. I was disgusted by the amount of teenagers/college kids VAPING inside of the store. The employees saw and did nothing? They all seemed so disconnected from their work and someone was practically barking orders at them. Everyone looked lost and confused. Also… my colleague recently told me that he saw cockroaches. I get that it’s Florida and there’s bugs everywhere, but seriously? I wish they had a drive-thru so I didn’t have to witness any of it.
