Indre was asked to remake my drink, gave me a smaller size than what i originally had, and was talking rudely of me to her coworker. Okay shop overall, would just ask for another barista to make your drink.

My family and I were staying at the Kessler as we always do during Christmas and we visited the Starbucks on multiple occasions on our visit in November 2025. The customer service here is sorely lacking. None of the associates there were especially friendly on any of the visits during our stay, but the last day we were there on Monday November 24, 2025 our customer service was actually hostile. The girl behind the counter on at the register was an African-American girl who rolled her eyes? When we came up to the cou nter and had a look on her face the entire time like she wanted to punch us. We smiled at her. We said please and thank you. She never once cracked a smile and never once took the disdainful sour look off her face. I reported this to a shift supervisor but I'm not sure if any action will be taken as they all seem to have a bit of the same demeanor. Such a disappointment because the Kessler is such a wonderful hotel and we always love staying there every year. This visit has soured me from Starbucks in general.

Wonderful place, super friendly stuff, they make drinks soooo fast .they welcome you . Go inside the hotel lobby there is a gallery.......the art work there amazing .......like your jaw will drop .

I ordered the croissant and iced chai. Both were good even if the iced chai was a bit too sweet. The location is great and very convenient if you are sightseeing around St Augustine and the building it is in is also gorgeous. However the sitting space inside was a bit limited but service was quite fast.

The drinks were really good and loved everything about it. The staff were really friendly and they made our drinks/food quickly. When you walk to the bathroom or go past the Starbucks cafe, there is a really nice art gallery to look at. The bathroom was also really clean and looked really nice. I would recommend going here whether you’re sightseeing, just visiting, or go to Flagler university.
Walked into Starbucks downtown saint augustine , inside the casa Monica hotel. I was looking at the menu , there was a line just was trying to see the menu and the worker rudely said I need to join the line. It was obvious people were in the line as my husband joined the line. I think that was poor customer service and some people are near sited. So have some decency! Star bucks wouldn't get a bad review if it wasn't for her and sadly I didn't even looked at her name which I should have .

This was the perfect place to drop in for a cold drink while we toured the city. It took a while for any of the four workers to choose to notice us, but once they decided to serve us, we had great service… and our drinks were wonderful. We loved the unique store location that added charm to this Starbucks.
