Very cute location and nice store. Unfortunately, the two girls working were not organized and were quite confused. My husband went to sip his expresso and it dumped on him because they hadn’t put the lid on properly. We found this Starbucks out of the ordinary. It's insane this fancy hotel. Plan ahead if you are wanting to get something here. It can get crowded fast since it's on the hotel property and the barista are doing their best to make your coffee. Nonetheless it was nice of them to include a Starbucks inside the hotel.

Ordered and sat around for half the morning waiting. Never got served, the process to get a refund was so long we ended up leaving. Bad management, totally disorganized. Not coming back.

Definitely does not close at 9:00 p.m. like advertised. When we arrived at 7:00 p.m. all of the lights were off and doors locked. At least update your business hours to be accurate.

Store is supposed to be open until 9 according to Google; it is closed before 6:15 PM...there goes $4 of unnecessary parking expense and my time.
