Parking lot is a mess. Should be able to park and go in but the drive thru is chaos. Sprinklers are pointed toward the sidewalk so that wasn't a good option either.

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. As a starbucks partner visiting from out of town, I ordered a simple drink, but the barista made the wrong one. After asking her to make the drink that I actually ordered, the second attempt still didn’t taste right. There was also a mistake with my friend's drink, so we went through the drive-thru to request remakes. Unfortunately, the store manager was quite rude both at the drive-thru box and the window.
As someone who works at Starbucks, I believe in treating customers with respect, ESPECIALLY other partners and I was taken aback by the lack of courtesy we received. It’s disappointing to encounter that level of rude behavior, especially in a place where kindness should be a priority.
I have never seen a store manager of any other Starbucks behave in that manner.

Normal Starbucks coffee always good. Went to buy a bottle of syrup as I always do from Starbucks and was told this location doesn't participate in this. First time this has ever happened. Googled it and verified it is still company policy. Maybe person wasn't trained.

I am only giving this a four star ? because the service was a little slow and the staff wasn't as cheerful as they could have been. However, they did an awesome job with what they did. The coffee was fabulous as always. But a little smile ? even when you're feeling worn-out goes a long, long way.???
