Won't go again. Like the old style restaurant. Come on 1 refill for small cups. Food super greasy. Mini size of fries maybe 25 or less. They were good but size for price not worth it.

I do not care for the sanitized non-human service. The kiosk asked I wanted to leave a tip for it's human employees that it orders around. I declined. The kiosk needs to manage the floor cleaner a little closer. And I noticed that for $10,000 I too could be an owner of a kiosk managed Steak n Shake. NOT!

This was my first time going to this establishment, and I was met with the most horrendously unprofessional attitude. The person taking our order was very brash and rude. No greeting or anything. Just a, what do you want? I ordered my first item of food and she just said okay pull forward before asking if that was all. And when I said I had more to order she was even more rude. Very unpleasant.

Both google maps and the sign outside the restaurant said jt was open, but the doors were locked and no one was inside, Ive had Steak ‘n Shake before and they usually are excellent, if you are going to be closed when it says open at least post a sign up

Young lady who working on Friday evening 7/11/2025 on the grill was super rude. Seems like other people were given preferential treatment and has to wait over 22 minutes for our food when other families got their food ahead of us who ordered after. When I was waiting I was promoted what do you need, I answered just waiting for my food, she began to have snarky rude response “you have been waiting 14 minutes and your not the only customer” terrible customer service!
I don't know what happened to my beloved Steak and Shake. The food was just so so, and you can't get the flavor blended shakes like in the past. Also, you may only get a large beverage cup if you use the drive-thru, not in the lobby. Sorry to say, I won't be returning to Steak and Shake in the future as this was my favorite burger joint.

Manager yelled at our children then called the cops when asked to be more polite. Manager seemed like she hated her job and the world. Would not recommend if it were the last place on earth. Hopefully she is fired or the location closes soon.

The shakes tasted a little funny, but the chicken and the steakburgers were good! The restrauant seems to be completely contactless which is interesting; we never interacted with the waitstaff there except to get our food.
