I have such a love/hate relationship with Stir It Up. I think the Smokin Turkey and the smoothies are great. Quesadillas are often dry and burritos desperately need more flavor. I’m leaving this review though because I’ve now had more than 3 experiences at this point with the owner/employees being rude to me or other customers in front of me. I genuinely don’t understand why the owner doesn’t sell this business because she clearly hates it. I have a celiac daughter and twice now have gotten an attitude from her when asking questions about the preparation process. I’ve worked in food and beverage. I understand you want people to order and move on, but asking a simple question like “Are your gluten-free items allergy friendly?” should really not be an issue. Especially when you offer and advertise so many gluten-free options. This has happened on several different occasions and I just don’t understand it. This place would be such a hit if everyone that worked there wasn’t so miserable and rude all the time. At this point, we’ve decided not continue coming here.

I’m sorta a breakfast burrito snob, not easy to please. So when I say the burrito I had here was good I mean DAAA-YUUUMMMMM ?? it was good. I am ashamed it took me this long to try it, but I’m definitely going back.

Delicious! Great options for gluten free & vegan. The smoothie bowl was incredible, I got it with almond milk. The veggie heaven with gluten free wrap was fresh and delicious - really loved the goddess dressing that comes with it!! And the starving surfer burrito they also made with the gluten free wrap, very filling. I’ll be back!!

Veggie wrap on wheat , hummus had 3 hairs in it....wear a bandana , a scarf or something, you will still look cute !
Love the fresh and delicious food here. The pita is perfect. Chicken salad is the best I have ever had. Highly recommend a visit to fill up on your veggies and hummus.

Have been coming here since 2022 when we moved to St Augustine. The wife, kids and I love grabbing a smoothie after a walk in the beach. From the burritos, to the breakfast sandwiches and my favorite the BLT, we have never had a bad experience here. Staff is friendly and polite and the food always fresh and amazing. Chips and guacamole are a must with lunch!

I won't say that it was horrible but I won't go out of my way to go back, everything was clean food but it was flavorless, we think they relied on their cheese ( which we don't get ) for flavor. But the atmosphere was pretty cool, reggae music on the beach.
