So I came here to get a turkey sub I came through the drive thru. Rang the bell and no one came for a while. After the old lady came to the window you could tell she had a attitude but she took my order gave me the total I handed her my debit card she walked away and came back said we’re not taking card I said you’re not take cards confused cause she literally walked away with my card and she says yeah it’s on the door obviously I’m in the drive thru so I have no clue it’s on the door. I and her cash she takes it looks at it and says I can’t take that. I said you are cash only and now I’m handing you cash and you won’t take it. You have to take it it’s cash! She replied I don’t have to take it then closes the window on me! First last and only time I’ll attempt to come to this subway. Went to Wawa across the street got same sandwich and it was cheaper and I’m sure better.

Noisy environment with a loud prep counter on the verge of malfunctioning, another appliance incessantly beeping loud and music playing over low quality speakers to top it all off. Also, they were understaffed for lunch time and there was a quite the line that was moving slow. We left without ordering and we're happy to get out of the noisy and stressful environment. This place needs help. Thank goodness Burger King was down the road where everything was pleasant and nice.

Horrible service. I’ve never left a complaint like this but it was obvious that the lady working wouldn’t serve me because of my race. She wouldn’t put veggies on my sandwich and pretended like she was working on something else but had just assisted 2 white men. She rung up everyone except me. She left the counter with my food wrapped and went on to help a white personal the opposite end of the line although she had cashed out everyone until me. It was telling because the guy was looking at her like what are you doing. I will never go back and it’s funny because they have a help wanted sign. Please hire better people. Never have I experienced such blatant racism ever. I trashed the sandwich. Hello Firehouse Subs

Pay extra and get a Pub sub. Ordered ahead and app said it’s ready, but still took 10 mins with no other customers in store. Burned the bread! Very little meat. Didn’t have root beer bottle we ordered. Run down store.

After alerting the person I'm assuming is the manager that the avocado sauce was past date (even by a day it's not okay) he pulled it from the line and then I saw that all the sauces were past date and let the only other person on shift know about it. He proceeded to put the avocado sauce back in it's him and turn the sauces so no one could see they're past date. I took pictures before telling him. They both copped an attitude with me for pointing out the sauces and pulled a new one from the back for my sandwich. This happened during the lunch rush which means they used those sauces on everyone's sandwiches before being called out.

How this place merits a 4 star rating is beyond me. The woman working alone on 1-27-25 was the slowest server I've ever seen in my life. She waited on 3 guys who were together and ahead of us, who were construction workers. We waited 15 minutes for her to stop flirting and screwing around before she finally got to us. One guy behind us gave up and left. We should have done the same. I wouldn't go back to this place if they offered us free food. Terrible service. Another employee arrived, a guy, and he was making 2 or 3 sandwiches to every one she did. Consider yourself forewarned.

I am 100% sure that this subway is breaking 10 different health code violations. The man making our sandwiches had bloody wounds all over his arms and the bandaids were about to come off and flimsy. The vegetables were brown and not fresh. The sandwiches were not made with cleanliness and I felt sick after. I will NOT be coming back. OSHA, I recommend you take a good look at this establishment!!!

Terrible! I order from Subway because it is always consistent - worst subs I have ever ordered. Bread was stale on one of them and both subs were basically empty - they barely even gave me any toppings for either sub - absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a subway ??
