The one thing I've desperately missed since having switched to gluten and egg free due to allergies is cake. I picked up my order of gf/v cupcakes today and cried tears of happiness. The vanilla cream cheese was too die for. I can't wait to try the snickerdoodle. 🤤

Dietary restrictions: They use a rice and tapioca flour mix for gf, which is great because other places use almond, which I'm allergic to. It wasn't too dense, especially since it was also egg free.

I order 2 dozen of cupcakes 🧁 the size of the cupcakes not worth the money. I paid $72 for mini cupcakes. I recommend Small Cakes Cupcakery $42 dollars a dozen. The cupcake twice the size of Sweet City cupcake. Small cake worth the drive to Jacksonville 😡

Our family has gluten and dairy allergies, and quite often we have to sacrifice taste for something that we can actually eat. The gluten and dairy-free cupcakes at Sweet City are absolutely delicious! I would recommend anyone!

Messaged her about about getting g cakes for my sons birthdays and she refused to make them on days needed due to holiday. Which is fine I can do early birthday, but when I informed her I wanted photos of her work she was very rude saying how it was to much work to scroll and screenshot photos that she has social media for this reason and has no time to share photos that I can just see what she has on her website. I found this extremely unprofessional and rude and so no, I will never be doing service with someone like this. If you’re too lazy to take a screenshot, then you’re gonna be lazy and making my cake no thank you she probably use a seed oils anyway

We asked for a carrot cake that was robot themed and it was perfect! This cake was so moist and delicious, the icing out of this world. And the robot details were hand-drawn and so cool! We love this place. I’ve also had the gluten free options from Sweet City and was equally impressed.

I just have to say wow they can do anything! I got my son’s first birthday cake today. Not only did it taste amazing but the decor was spot on. I love sweet city cupcakes I had my wedding cake done here too and I was sooo good and beautiful too. Thank you for your hard work and attention to detail. Thank you for helping me load it in my car too as I had my little one in my arms. I’ll be back soon!

We had an assortment of a dozen gluten free cupcakes and they were Outstanding! The texture was perfect and not dry at all which is hard to pull off with GF baking. Kudos to the owner who went out of her way to make a birthday really special! 10/10!!!

If you've not tried Sweet City, you have not yet begun to live. Dana is a genius, the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, and you never know who you might run into sneaking a cup cake or three!

We celebrated my birthday in Vilano and my husband chose this bakery for my cake. He couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place!! Not only was the cake everything I wanted and more!!!! But it was beyond delicious!!!! Thank you Dana for making my birthday so special 😊
