YOUR ORDER WILL BE WRONG!
This is literally my 3rd time ordering delivery on the app. The first 2 times I added black beans to my double decker and they did NO BEEF only black beans. I never removed the beef. This happened two times. Tonight I ordered delivery again with hope it would be correct. I ordered beans added to a crunch wrap … it came with NO BEEF only beans. Once again I never used the option to REMOVE the beef. I ordered my burrito with NO sour cream add rice and onions. Tons of sour cream all in it. No onions though. Also my Cinnabons were missing and so was my sauce. This place clearly is full of a bunch of incompetent people that cannot even read an order ticket. This is now over 50$ of food I have wasted on this place plus delivery fees and missing dinner! Ive officially learned my lesson about this place.

Ordering in the drive thru usually takes about 20 minutes. God forbid you have to pick up an Uber eats order. That's gonna take 20 minutes as well. The employees have no respect for their customers. The inside is filthy, I saw ants and flies all over the counters in back.

horrible experience.I watched the chef complain and throw a fit as he's slamming the tacos and throwing food down so hard that it's going on the floor just because he had to make food me and my wife had a horrible experience.

I went in for the new chicken nuggets that looked amazing online. I ordered the meal and extra sauce. I received the smaller chicken nuggets, no fry’s of drunk that should have come with it. I didn’t receive the extra sauce so I asked for it since I paid extra for it and the manager was not happy with me and completely rude. When I got home and noticed I didn’t have half my food I called and asked what a combo comes with and let them know I didn’t receive it. The guy on the phone said to come Back in or at a later time and get a fry for free, I had to remind him that I already paid for it. He just said to let whoever is there know that I spoke to a guy over the phone, but would not give me his name. Honestly, a very uncomfortable and weird situation. I’ve had food missing before, but with the bad customer service I left very dissatisfied and this place is my favorite fast food.

We placed an online order and it asks if you want to enter a pick time or have them start prepping when you get there, we opted for prepping when we get there. When we arrived the order was already ready. Among other things we ordered a cantina chicken crispy with double meat however, what we got were three pieces of chicken in each serving. WOW!!!
