We placed an online order and it asks if you want to enter a pick time or have them start prepping when you get there, we opted for prepping when we get there. When we arrived the order was already ready. Among other things we ordered a cantina chicken crispy with double meat however, what we got were three pieces of chicken in each serving. WOW!!!

For a fast food restaurant this is good. I love the Crunch wrap but they have changed the Mexican pizza and it was disappointing. Fast service and they aim to please. They are a basic fast food restaurant.

Okay, let's be real, it's taco bell. It's nothing fancy, it's food when you don't feel like cooking or sitting in a Mexican restaurant but you want tacos. I seem to manage to only get there when the drive through is busy so I end up having to wait- not on them though. They all talk to each other in the back and barely acknowledge customers after ordering, I waited for a while for my cup because the guy was eager to talk to the drive through girl. I've worked at Taco Bell before, I could make my order while they talk. On the note of my order, I've never had an issue with it besides waiting for my cups, they're usually pretty quick with getting it out to us, we started using the app and now we don't even have to wait.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a good slant up to the sidewalk and a small lip into the building, the door isn't automatic so be aware of that.

Just went there and got 2 loaded beef nachos. We asked for Diablo and Fire sauce, and there was none in the bag. My wife opened her nacho and there was a strand of hair inside of it. We called and the lady who answered was incredibly rude, and acted as if we were lying saying that they ādonāt know how that happened since we all wear hairnetsā.

Ordered 2 al fresca crunchwraps, specified that that means no cheese, no sour cream, no dairy, recieved 2 with cheese, opened them at home, drove all the way back to the store to get them replaced, spoke with the manager I believe his name was Denton, he had them remade, and once again they both had cheese in them, I donāt eat dairy, and have an intense intolerance to it so this made me sick. Thanks!

Locked bathrooms had to have a lady unlock restroom for use other then that great music,atmosphere and great tasting food
I mean, it's taco bell you get what you get. People love to hate on this place, but sometimes you just crave Taco Bell. Shout out to my nephew who let me know you can have anything grilled and modified. It really changed up some of my old favorites in a great way. #tacobell #texmexfood š®šÆ
