I go to tacobell a lot!! 2-3 times a week, I do not go to this one very often because I work in Jacksonville, but I was home today and went here. I’ve been here an everytime it’s disappointing, I wait 30-45 minutes because they are more worried about drive thru and playing around laughing in the back then getting to the store front, that’s the first issue, the second being this is the worse Taco Bell in a 50 mile radius, I’m an hvac tech mainly in Jacksonville but I go to Daytona to, I’ve been to all of these establishments and this one needs to have corporate come out an either retrain every single person that works here or they need fired. The food is so inconsistent, I get the same thing every time. This place doesn’t fill the taco all the way leaving you with nothing but bread to eat and others are full. I get 6 chicken flat bread melts with a large drink, this meal costs me 20 dollars. But the amount of food in these tacos are ridiculous. I highly recommend paying more attention to the customers then laughing in the back having a good time.
I posted this 3 months ago now I’m adding to it, the only consistency here is yall consistency mess things up. They need to send cooperate here and fire every single manager an employee here. Just start brand new and train properly. Such a disappointment to the Taco Bell name

20 minutes for pre-cooked food made incorrectly. Whats the point of ordering ahead if they don't start the food until after they see you standing in the lobby and waiting for 10 minutes? Check your order. I paid extra for toppings and they didn't read the ticket. They corrected the mistake but pre ordered and pre cooked food shouldn't take over 20 minutes.

This place really sucks in all areas. Wouldn't call it fast either. Took 10 minutes before we even saw a person. There's not even any customers and the ones that are here have all been waiting for 10 minutes.

It took damn near 40 DAMN MINUTES to get my food out. I literally only got a crunchwrap supreme, and a soft taco, THATS IT! There was 2 other people in the place too and one had their food when we walked in anyway.
