Count yourself lucky if you don't have to deal with the management the very sour lady Andrea is no pic nic.
So, I am not sure if they just don't like seasoning food or what but.... Whatever. The real issue is service and management. I think the name was Mrs Rodriguez is the manager. She needs a vacation or customer service training. Yikes. Plus on a weekday when it's slow why are you overstaffed (labor cost) but still sub standard service.
Terrible, no flavor, pre cooked meat. And the Branch Manager Andrea is Rude and condescending. Avoid her and the restaurant.
Walked in at lunch time on a Saturday. Place was completely empty which should have been a red flag. It was expensive and the meat was completely flavorless. Literally tasted like they cooked ground beef as is and put it straight into the taco shell. Couldn’t even taste salt or anything. Charged an extra $2 for a tiny cup of shredded cheese which was also insane and was not told prior there would be that charge. $40 later, I can say I won’t be back. Taco Bell has more flavor.
It’s hard to explore other places when this place is so good. Surf n turf taco was the best
I have been coming to Taco Libre for 6+ years. I have always had great service and great food. Today I was so disappointed because my favorite dish is shrimp ceviche. There was more ceviche than shrimp! Very sad. I trust they get whateverthe issues cleared up soon. All the best.

Great place to visit away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. This place is on our must stops when we visit St. Augustine. The taco libre dip is amazing! Would highly recommend.

Nice service, but most importantly the food was not good
Ordered 2 burritos which came quite quickly but were ice cold inside. Had them warmed up but they didn't taste like anything

I wanted to give a 5 star because the food and service was amazing. But the atmosphere was less then. Had tacos. Price was great and portion huge.
