During my stay at St. Augustine, I stayed at the hotel across from this place. I tried it once, and next thing you know, I kept coming back here nearly every night of our 5 day stay. Incredible food and atmosphere. A legit gem of a Mexican food place, I would highly recommend it when you visit St. Augustine.
BEWARE!!! if you order to go, but change your mind to eat inside THEY WILL KICK YOU OUT! we are the ONLY Two customers in the lobby. We were told we had to eat at the outside table in 90 degree or leave completely. Will never be back here again. Food was sub par on top of that
Cassie & Ernesto were both pleasant. The cook in the back made delicious Food. The food was very flavorful and well seasoned. It was worth every dollar spent. I’d definitely recommend eating here.

The taco salad was good, but I added salsa since it was a little dry. The staff was very friendly.

Taco’s Queen is located on art 16 right off of 95. It is in an old diner and we drove by it all the time. We never gave it a second thought about stopping there until my brother took us there. So glad that he did as it is really good.
My wife and I have been there a few times including last night and it has always delivered outstanding food. It is cute inside and very casual. Good place to bring the kids. They also have a few beers on tap and offer wine. Last night, I had the California burrito and my wife had a quesadilla. The food came out ridiculously fast and was very good.
If you are looking for a quick an easy place for dinner, you can’t go wrong with Taco’s Queen!
