We’ve been to this location a dozen times but wanted to finally write a review to shout out Sir-velle! Amazing service; he anticipated needs like it was second nature, checking in often without smothering. Every request we made was done without any hiccups and very quickly. I’ll definitely be asking if he’s available in the future. I did notice during all the visits that a manager always comes and touches tables but it’s right at the beginning of a meal when we haven’t had a chance to need anything yet. Most of the time when we come, one request or another is not fulfilled (wrong drink, missing sauce) so a manager coming up after food is dropped would help customers a lot more :)

The person at the entrance greets you without a smile, and is clearly not happy to see any guests. I also constantly had to wash my hands. It's dirty and disgusting. The plates were wet with food residue. The floor is dangerously greasy, and walking to the restroom while shoveling food and napkins underfoot is quite an adventure. The food is overcooked and tasteless, it looks unappetizing, and instead of rice, they brought fries with the salmon. There's not a shred of care or love for what they do. The overall impression is negative.

Husband found a long white hair in his food, half the dishes never came out. My burger came out almost rubbery instead of medium, so I guess I ate a tire instead of a burger. Other people who were sat after us got their plates while we waited far longer than we should for tire-burgers and hair covered ribs.
