I highly recommend this place because I talked to Jonathan tonight and Mallory was the manager on duty and they were both very helpful and made everything wonderful for me I tried to go on Texas Roadhouse website and couldn't figure out how to do a review there so I'm doing it here this place is great and I would definitely recommend it Jonathan and Mallory are great but especially Jonathan because that is who I spoke to on the phone

went in for my veterans day meal and had a All American cheese burger. They fries were cold and burger was not cooked right and also cold. I sent it back and it was to be medium rare ! it was rare and cold and fries were cold again. told the bartender it was not good! I just ate it. I.was hungry and did not want to wait any longer. I have been to alot of Texas Road houses all over the US and this one didn't meet a good standers. I also.watch an employee go the the bathroom and not wash his hands..

1st things 1st... Nay is a little fast with the words but she is an Absolute Delight! She is a Rock Star! She made my not so good day end on a High Note! Food was great! Atmosphere Hoppin! As other reviews have said, the AC is TOP NOTCH ? ? It's cold! I bet the cooks and servers Love It!

I did a pickup order and the girl at the window was really friendly and even showed me everything I ordered before she bagged it which was really nice. Only complaint is that they cut the rolls super small and they were also a little burnt. I've been to a few Texas roadhouses now both North and south of here and none of them cut the rolls this small. They were the size of the Texas Roadhouse rolls that you can buy out of Walmart now

We came around 5:30 on a Wednesday evening . Our server Victoria was friendly and got our orders out in a timely manner. The food was perfect. Mallory stopped by towards the end of our visit to make sure we were satisfied with everything and I told her that everyone was freezing, including all the other customers that were surrounding us. We could hear the other customers complaining that they were freezing and see they had jackets and sweaters on. At the beginning of our visit we mentioned to Victoria that we were miserably cold and she said “sorry, it’s set at a certain temperature”. By the time we saw Mallory it was ten minutes before we received our check. I love the food and service here but it makes for a very uncomfortable dining experience when your teeth are chattering.

My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary and we’ve been wanting to come to Texas Roadhouse for a good steak! That’s what we got! I got the 6oz. Dallas Filet Mignon, my husband 6oz. Sirloin both ordered Medium, they did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and we really enjoyed ourselves! Everyone in staff were very polite and friendly, A Big Thank You to our waitress (Deanna) and staff!
Kid-friendliness: The patio had a large kid friendly game which I got a little girl started playing with, she was a little shy!
Never going back to any Texas Roadhouses. The quality of there food has gone downhill. It’s not just this location. Iv gone in the last 6 months to 3 different locations and I’m not impressed. Just take a look at the green beans I was served not sure how they could screw that up so poorly. Server was sweet but the food sucks.

Hannah was amazing! Great experience if near I95 in St Augustine stop by. I stayed at the Fairfield Inn for work and this Texas Roadhouse was just a half mile away, very convenient. Will definitely be back to eat the next time I’m in town.

Food running 101 fail. So much hype about this place and while the food was good, the service was sub par. Server, Jazzy, was pleasant enough but took no concern that our 3 salads had not come out when they delivered entrees. It's basic food running isn't it. Salads before meal. So we got salads after meal, didn't eat salads, server knew it was out of sync, did nothing to even just simply acknowledge the misstep. Unfortunate.

Green beans were overcooked and Luke warm at best. Same with the mash and baked potatoes. Steaks were good and properly cooked. Our server was seemingly overwhelmed or in the weeds as we say. We didn't see much of her or the manager who stopped by once and was never seen again. Doubtful I'll ho back.
