Outside seating only. You go in and order and they bring your food. The sushi was low average and the red wine was so warm and it tasted like it had been sitting awhile. There are better restaurants.

Nights of Lights was very crowded so walking the less crowded streets took us by this restaurant. We were ready to leave so got it all to go and were pleased with chicken fried rice, spring rolls and sushi rolls.

Food was good everything else was completely packed and they were empty I think because they have plastic trays on paper so people think it's more like fast food but it tasted great. We definitely recommend especially when everything else is over pat.

Food was fresh and good, but overpriced. You have to order at the counter and coming solo that is super inconvenient if I needed anything else I would have to leave my food. They don't even come around to refill the water. The food also took forever and they served other people first. It seems the color of your skin or background matters here.

While so many of these reviews talk about how there’s no table service, there’s a sign at the front that says to go inside to order. I don’t think it was misleading at all.We were trying to find a quick bite before our ghost tour started, and stopped into a few restaurants with an hour or more wait OR were no longer accepting new tables. We saw this place earlier and stopped in. They were kind, the food was good and fast, and priced appropriately. Yes, we were asked to throw away the trash in the trash can after we were done, but that’s because this isn’t a sit down, table-served place. It’s a quick, casual walk-up sushi bar that also has a patio with tables for your convenience.Perfect for yummy food in a pinch!

Please save your money. I paid $15 for 5 pieces of meat and a few vegetables that was supposed to be beef panang. Not to mention it was super salty (even with rice). The Thai tea is a litteraly just a cup of ice. I thought I was getting 3 whole sushi rolls but they combined 2 and did half portions. Only one roll was a whole one. Each roll was $14. These people are low value but charge a decent amount for what you get

We were looking for a restaurant that served vegetables in St Augustine when we found Thai House. The food was wonderful and properly seasoned. What a find. There was quite a few vegan options.

The food is excellent! The curry is very tasty and the veggies are fresh! Yummy rice! The portion was just right with no leftovers.

The restaurant is situated on the busy Hypolita street and has a nice outdoor seating. They do not take orders at the table, you have to go inside to order and then they will serve you food. The food was served in disposable containers and there was no service provided, which made the restaurant eating experience not up to the mark. They did not even provide plates to eat in and we had to eat in the to-go container boxes. We ordered vegetarian spring rolls, fried fish sushi rolls, miso soup, tom kha (coconut) soup, tofu green curry with rice. The sushi was average, spring rolls were good. The other things were just ok.

My fiancé and I went here following the boat parade. It was a Saturday night, during Nights of Lights, with super nice weather… so the town was crazy busy. Every other restaurant had two hour waits, and we love Thai food, so we decided to give this place a try. My fiancé ordered the cashew nut with chicken and I ordered panang curry with tofu. We both ordered medium spice level (just right). They were both great, and the food didn’t take too long at all even though they were getting slammed. They were so friendly and hardworking. The prices were comparable to other Thai we’ve had in FL. Great outdoor seating area and there was some upstairs seating as well. I definitely recommend going!

Love this place! Stoped by for lunch while on vacation. Ordered sushi, pad Thai and Tom ka soup. All of it was perfect. Ingredients were fresh and flavor was on point. Service was great as well. The outside atmosphere was so calming and beautiful. Came with husband and 8 yr old, they were both VERY satisfied. Definitely recommend!

We dined here on Thanksgiving with no long lines. You place your orders at the register which was prompt and friendly, however, food is brought to the table in several plastic containers which takes away from the dining experience and is horrible for our environment. Please reconsider your serving tools/ itemsFood was tasty and the patio provided a relaxed ambiance

The food was delicious! I got the red curry and the flavors were well balanced - bright and savory and it made the perfect meal! I also enjoyed a salad and my friend got sushi and miso soup. We were happy with everything we got - everything was delicious and fresh! The seating atmosphere was lovely outside, and I would happily return next time I'm in St. Augustine. If you're looking for Thai food, I would highly recommend!

Service was prompt and attentive (though you did have to go to the counter to order instead of someone coming to your table). Eel lover roll was fresh and tasty! Spicy Thai was fresh and spicy! Tuna tower was fresh and as expected! Thai iced tea was delicious. Outdoor seating was abundant and had a good vibe! I wasn’t a fan of the beverages being served in disposable cups —water in styrofoam and tea/wine in red solo cups. Also, all the food was served in takeout containers. Bad for the environment and doesn’t make for a good overall vibe for a sitdown meal. I’d expect that with takeout. 4/5 for the food, Low level experience, though.

This place is nothing like the photos here. All food was in plastic take out dishes, and not good at all. Chicken was over cooked and no flavor in Cashew Chicken. My wine was in a red solo cup less than half full. The bathroom was very dirty! Do yourself a favor and walk by. There are plenty of other places to eat. Very expensive also!!
