We accidentally discovered The Backyard at Meehan's during the Trolly Tour of St. Augustine. It's very casual, with both indoor and outdoor seating. We had lunch: clam chowder, bacon cheeseburger and conch salad - everything was really good. We were happily surprised because we didn't know anything about the place before seeing it on the tour. Great place to eat and hang out. My husband and I just loved it! And service was fast and nice. The atmosphere was great. Overall, one of our favorite places we had dinner at and would come back. Keep it up Backyard! You had two very happy customers.

Really enjoyed this spot! You definitely feel chill backyard vibes from St. Augustine. Although our food took a bit longer that we expected, once we ate it was delicious! Good spot to come have a drink and relax if you’re not busy.
