When my friend suggested we have a lunch date at his favorite place in St. Augustine I thought "Ugh; I do not want to drive all the way to St. Augustine." So, he picked me up to do all the driving. Then he explained we'd be eating at a food truck. (Insert an eye roll I hid from his view lol) Then this experience happened. - Fantastic food truck located in St. Augustine beside DOS Coffee and Wine and across the street from Creme de la Cocoa. Fresh ingredients, well seasoned food, attentive staff, hip environment, cool vibe. I had the banh mi sandwich with smoked pork. I cannot express how absolutely delicious the pork tasted. It was crisp on the outside, soft towards the center with the perfect amount of a salt taste lingering on my taste buds. The pork is accompanied by super fresh veggies and a light aioli sauce inside a delicious baguette. If you want even more deliciousness... get a side of tater tots. I don't normally enjoy them but theirs were SUPER crispy and seasoned with old bay :) I also recommend the kale slaw. All in all, they had around 6 lunch entrees ranging from $9- $14 and two sides between $4-$5. We sat at outside picnic tables in front of DOS coffee house, where we ordered tea and waters. Can't wait to return to try the Tuna Poke.

Love this place! Had their tater tots and spicy cauliflower after an event at the amphitheater and there were delicious! Totally got the spot! A must try in Saint Augustine.

When this truck was at the Sheriff's Office I ran out as soon as I could. They were packing up to leave, and I'd been craving one of their Banh Mi sandwiches all day. Luckily they had one left. It was the most delicious Banh Mi I've had outside of Vietnam. I'm SO glad I was able to get one! Can not recommend highly enough!!

The Bullet is the best street food I've ever tasted and my new favorite place to eat! The tuna poke was so fresh and left me craving more the next day. I think the ingredients come fresh from the local farm too. The soft potato rolls with sauce is amazing. Thanks Mike, your food is the best!!

Everything is made fresh and with love. Highly recommend The Bullet! The food isn't the only good thing you'll experience. The duo working the bullet will greet you with smilies and make you feel at home. It's great seeing quality food made by local passionate people! I will DEFINITELY be back!

The portobello bahn mi is out of this world. Love the pickled veggies and spicy sauce. As a non meat eater it's difficult to find Vietnamese food I will eat so I love this option.

In case you needed another reason to see a show at the St Augustine Amphitheatre, here it is: super yummy food from Streaming The Bullet (aka The Bullet). I'm addicted to the crab fried rice with the perfectly poached (!) egg. My husband made a 2nd trip back for the Cajun fried chicken sandwich with the best bread & butter pickles you've ever eaten. Top notch food and beautiful presentation, too!

Best Chicken Sandwich in FL This food truck is out of this world!!! Streaming the Bullet food truck is now on my list of favorites. I stalk their Facebook page to see when they'll be in my area. And let me tell you, if you see the silver airstream parked near you, stop what you are doing and run, don't walk, to get some of the best southern cookin' you'll ever had. They offer a wide variety of amazing dishes, but the first thing I tried was their amazing chicken sandwich and I've never strayed since. The crispy batter is punched with perfect seasoning and the zesty homemade pickles are like heaven in your mouth. Seriously, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. I can't say enough about this awesome little food truck. The food is divine and the service is always on point. Thank you Streaming the Bullet for proving great food can be mobile.
*5 STAR FOOD TRUCK ALERT* I repeat, a 5 star food truck alert! This truck is usually camped out at the St. Augustine Amphitheater for events and various happenings. Fortunately for this very hungry and extreme food truck supporter, these guys landed in my own backyard at SPACE 42 last week for the inaugural farmer's market. What you need to know: a small menu with assorted sandwiches. Banh Mi, Burger, Southern Chicken, Blue Crab Fried Rice and Tater Tots. I asked the proprietors what their current favorite dish was and they unanimously recommended the Tuna Poke special. Word of advice, kids. When the owners make a suggestion, you heed their counsel. You don't make substitutions, you don't fret, you go for it! And go for it, I did. This bowl contained large chunks of fresh tuna, heaps of avocado, and so many other goodies over a bed of white rice. Good Lord Almighty, everything was glorious. I'm not sure how often they'll come back to my neck of the woods, but maybe if we rally together and stalk them enough, they'll serve us more frequently... GO HERE!
