Such a lovely afternoon! My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary this week. We found that The Chatsworth has an afternoon tea, which we always look for on our anniversary trips. We were not disappointed! From the warm welcome, to the lovely room with all types of tea china displayed, we were delighted. We had the afternoon tea, with a delicious assortment of teas and a 3-tiered serving dish. Everything was so thoughtfully set out -- such lovely sandwiches and desserts. We were able to enjoy our time there, without being rushed and just enough attention to what we needed. All the while, the music from "Bridgerton" was playing softly in the background. We highly recommend that you spend an afternoon and indulge!

Great little bar. Didn't eat so can't say anything. Tea room looks very cute. Will definitely go back.

We came for high tea and loved every minute of it. The price is a little high, but keep in mind that you are in a tourist trap. The atmosphere was eclectic and service was wonderful. The tea and sandwiches and desserts were scrumptious. We spend a good deal of time traveling and something my wife and girls have always enjoyed was having high tea together. I came along for a beer and the charcuterie board. We all left pleased. Unique venue in St. Augustine and one, despite having visited the city for over three decades, with which I was unfamiliar.

My friends and I booked a High Tea here, but the experience left much to be desired. I first inquired on November 24th and was told reservations must be made 10 days in advance—no problem. However, it took three emails and several phone calls to finally reach someone. When I did, the process was disorganized. I provided the date, time, and party size, but they still repeatedly asked for the same information before confirming our reservation.

When we arrived, the staff didn’t review any details with us, like allergies or dietary restrictions. We had to track down a server to mention that one guest didn’t eat pork. A staff member rushed through our request, bringing the wrong items. Once we notified our server that something was wrong, she reached over my boyfriend and I to snatch a tiny salmon puff off the tier to replace it with another item.

The portions were inadequate. We were given 4oz of cream and jam for four scones and couldn’t get more when requested, even though other tables with fewer people received similar portions.

While the sandwiches and beer cheese soup were decent, nothing else seemed made in-house. For the price, the quality of the food and service fell short. This place has potential, but it needs significant improvement before I’d recommend it.

This is a spot we usually go then regret after we’ve ordered. It’s a kind of genuine pub but the service is always terrible. Never staffed correctly so you’re either waiting ages for your food or it never turns up. We never received our food last night and the response I got from the one bar maid was “it’s only me to 20 people” it’s a shame but we won’t be back.

We had afternoon tea here the weekend after Thanksgiving. It was absolutely lovely! The room was adorable, they had an incredible selection of delicious teas. The food was fantastic. Just an adorable afternoon with the ladies if you are looking for something fun & unique. The service was also wonderful. Cannot recommend this enough. We will definitely be back!

I came here for high tea with my Mom and sister for Thanksgiving weekend and it was amazing. We've been to many high teas around the country/world and this rivaled some of the most expensive ones! It's not fancy, but it does quaint and homey perfectly. And the cinnamon scones were some of the best scones I've ever eaten. I'll be back just for the scones! Highly recommend.

Great location. Lively decor. Staff are not efficient or friendly. Many of the beer selections are off. I had the Hacker Pschorr and it did not taste as it should. Speckled Hen was off and almost always is there.

I reached out to them on a Friday evening needing a last minute place to host a lunch after my grandmother’s funeral the following Tuesday. They took the time to chat with me at 9 pm and even offered to open up on a day they were closed to help accommodate us. We weren’t able to host the event there to no fault of their own but you don’t see that kind of kindness everyday and I am so thankful them. Highly recommend hosting your event with them!!
