Conch House violated my civil rights by discriminating against my disability and the need for a service animal.They aren't interested in correcting their insensitivity and aggressive behavior. I need help forcing them to change their policies and attitude towards people with disabilities. Info below This venue doesn't allow Service Animals in accordance with Federal and State ADA Laws. I was attacked verbally, police were called. MS Hastings then MS Johnson kept saying "No Pets Allowed" even though my D.A.D. had her gear on stating "SERVICE DOG". The St. Augustine Police became complicate with criminal activity and trespassed us. I messed up being able to use my video documentation momentarily letting her off leash. Please can someone please get documented contact of this venue violating Civil Rights, Federal and State Laws. Video contact and submit to Advocates for Service Animal Partners Inc. STOP violating Federal and State ADA laws. Start allowing service animals as required by those laws into areas allowed to the public.

We have been going to the Conch House for twenty years because we love the food, atmosphere and service. We drive from Orlando a few times a year. This weekend, we experienced a new Caribbean menu which doesn't make any sense at all for that venue. The only fish available was Red Drum, the shrimp had a weird jerk seasoning the chicken was cooked to death and was so dry you could only eat part of it.
Gone is the lobster macaroni, fried green tomatoes, fried green tomato- grilled cheese sandwich that was out of this world! ...No fish basket...bring back the old menu!
We won't be back without first checking online to see a new menu posted.

I came to Florida with my mother in law and and family to return for their famous lobster Mac and cheese as described on their online menu I am completely disappointed in the fact that they discontinued it even thou it is very widely advised on their online menus I wish to return again I'm the future only in hopes that they decide to add this back to their menu although their server was amazing

They no longer carry the lobster Mac &cheese what a disappointment waited all year I live in Athens tn and traveled 7 hours to get it and find out you don’t have it no more but it’s still on your menu on here

Recent menu changes were disappointing. The food was overrated and the prices were a joke . The service was extremely slow for a place that had maybe 5 table seated at 2p in the afternoon. Would not recommend , or waste my money on this place .

A cool little experience eating in the Tiki huts. The nachos were great but the drinks were better! Absolutely opt for the pineapple cup. Our waitress was amazing and recommended the mai tai, which was a solid drink (as pictured).

The staff was clearly there against their will. Three people at the front desk, zero effort, and the restaurant was empty. You’d think they’d care about a customer, but instead we felt like unwanted guests. Really poor first impression. As a tourist, I felt uncomfortable and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

the staff is awful, this place has turned into a ghost town because of the staff and don’t just trust my review but read all the others, also they have staff members who constantly leave 5 star reviews so do a quick social media dive like facebook and you’ll see how much the locals hate this place due to being treated like trash by the employees, forget that your meal is $150 just don’t bring children they hate them too, asked my child to stop chewing his food loudly, what a joke

Had a WONDERFUL experience with Tyler our waiter this past weekend. Great atmosphere, friendliness and the food was some of the beat you could ask for!
