This is such a beautiful, quaint cafe right off of St. George Street. The croqueta sandwich and iced caramel latte were perfect and I highly recommend! Also recommend sitting outside if you go in the morning, it's an amazing view!
I was really looking forward to trying the Cuban, but I only was able to get a couple bites in. The pork was the only thing that didnt taste like lunchmeat in the refrigerated section of the grocery store. The emapanadas were good with their flaky crust but not enough seasoning in the meat.
Had a late morning meal with my family when we were in town. I knew when I saw the wall of cafeteras we were in the right spot. I had the cafe con Leche sin azucar was spot on. The croquetas were a hot amongst all. The guava pastelito and guava y queso were both flaky and delicioso! The sandwiches were filling.
Will definitely come back during our next trip.
