Lots of choices. Very delicious offerings.. 😋 is non dairy alternatives available! Would be 5 stars but unfortunately, there are no low or no sugar options. Roscoe, our server, was great.

Great selection of unique ice creams and don’t forget you can get them dipped in chocolate. I got the Elvis dipped in chocolate. Roscoe was a huge help and patient for my first time in.

Roscoe was super sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. Strawberry cheesecake went hard. Hatch chile pineapple amazing. Next time I’m trying something with Datil pepper. Thanks! 😊🙌

Very good place

Me and my family just recently visited the Hyppo in St. Augustine and it was amazing. Besides the fact that there are plenty of flavors to pick from, awesome merch, and a beautiful outdoor area, the girl working there, her name was Sierra, was just a delight. There was a big order ahead of us which made us have a little bit of a wait, but Sierra made sure to check in on us every chance she could. She made the wait feel less dreadful. And when it was our turn to order she was very kind, made nice small talk, gave us these little cups to catch any spills, and stickers! Sierra was an amazing worker! Definitely will be coming back:)

Best popsicles you'll ever have.

Adorably charming little spot! So many flavor choices! My kids got watermelon and raved about the flavor. I chose pistachio white chocolate and I’m still thinking about it, it was so good. Will definitely stop by again next time we are in the area.

Really Delicious, have tried many flavors, all of them amazing! Miss Sierra is so kind and friendly, excellent customer treatment.

In a never ending stream of ice cream shops, this place is doing something novel and executing at a high level. I tried the dipped peanut butter pie and my wife got the watermelon with a base of honeydew (the bottom of the pop).

Mine was rich and deliciously balanced the whole way through and tasted just like PB pie. My wife's was really nicely nuanced (not cheap artificial watermelon) and she loved the change at the bottom.

They had dozens of flavors for all tastes, including with and without dairy and also boozy pops. Sierra, who served us, was very helpful and personable.

This is definitely a place to check out if you want something a bit different.

THE HYPPO GOURMET ICE POP STAND INSIDE THE HISTORIC VILLALONGA HOUSE ON ST. GEORGE STREET IN ST. AUGUSTINE FLORIDA

After a very long walk, it was time to cool off with something cold & refreshing. The Hyppo Gourmet Ice Pops was the answer & a nice surprise. The Hyppo is in a historic building in the heart of St. Augustine. The sign caught our eye & we followed a nice scenic path with signage along the way through the main door.

There are so many unique flavors I never thought possible. They even have dairy free choices. On a very hot day, the drip box prevents your fingers from getting all sticky. I just had to try the Johnny Walker Blue Label with Nutella Helix Pop & wow glad I did.

It’s cool how the rooms are sectioned off & even maze like. There is something to offer in each room. There’s plenty of room to move around & a lot of choices to choose from. Along with the Gourmet Ice Pops there’s some cool swag, hats, shirts, et al.

Our server (pictured) was so polite & provided the best service. There are 2 locations I believe within walking distance of each other. On this day, we visited the St. George Street location, St. Augustine, Florida.
