Delightful!!! Best coffee in town and they have the most delicious vegan brownies. Went back for more! Oh and the staff is sooo friendly!!!

This espresso is disgusting. The level of acidity is extreme. I literally bought it and through it to the garbage.

Coffee and pastries were good!! We had been here before and we made sure to come back again! Only thing that disappointed was that the restrooms were out of order.

Very cute coffee place nestled on a busy street! It’s not too big on the inside but customer service is great and the coffee is delicious! I had the P.C which was delicious and I paired it with the gluten free vegan donut. Definitely worth stopping by to grab something to go.

Food and drink here are decent. The blueberry lemon cake is a crumbly, messy treat and the Aussie Iced Coffee is okay. I’m not much of a coffee drinker so take my opinion of the coffee with careful consideration. I really like sweet coffees so the bitterness of this coffee was…okay. This location (downtown) is nice, for sure, but there is no seating there. Instead, you can find the seating next door…which is fine but odd especially when you first walk in. On this day, walking into this “lounge” area it was dead silent and awkward. No background music to avoid that awkward feeling. You can hear everyone’s conversations and they seem louder than usual. When I visited this “lounge” area, the floor was wet (no caution sign posted anywhere) and it had a musty, wet dog smell. Judging by the signage, I believe they allow dogs to walk in. That’s fine with me, but that smell…it was disgusting. I sat for a solid 15 minutes and could not stand that smell. Trying to eat my little cake with that smell permeating the air was so gross. I really wanted to like this place. I would like to visit the other locations to see if they live up to their reviews.

2/13/2024Unfortunately I didn't get to try an Aussie pie, they can run out quick so get there early. My banana nut bread was really good and they had a tasty Earl Grey tea. I took a couple work calls and their WiFi was strong. The staff was super friendly and interactive. I enjoyed the experience.

I did not like this place at all. Other than its high traffic tourist location I do not understand the high ratings. First, the shop has 2 areas that are not connected to one another. One area is for ordering and one is to sit down to eat/drink.There is a Treasury building in the middle of them which adds to the chaos as people are walking in and out of there as your trying to maneuver from one area to another with hot drinks in your hands. Also, both areas are very small so not a lot of room to move about, get work done, etc. Also, the music in the ordering area was too loud. It was very hard to hear when your order was up including when the staff shouted at the top of their lungs in high pitch, irritating voices to cut through the blaring music. On top of that the two women behind the counter were singing and joking around making it even more annoying. Not a calm , peaceful setting at all. Also, the staff did not call out an order number or name, just the names of the drinks, which caused confusion a couple times when multiple people ordered the same thing. Lastly, I ordered a flat white and it was way scorching hot. Like it was in the microwave too long. I couldn’t drink it for 4-5 minutes. Then when I was able to take a sip, it was extremely bitter, not foamy at all and immediately dehydrated me causing me to dump half of it and run to a popsicle place to hydrate. Huge disappointment!

Greatest location possible. Food has given me an upset stomach but that might be because they're made in the morning and sit out all day. Maybe. No blame towards them at all. Coffee is great. Always made with care. Their current espresso choice isn't my favorite from them but still very good. Their flat white with the espresso they had 1-2 years ago is my favorite coffee of all time. I'm always pleased to get it with a dot, and not the latte flower thing, lol. Some baristas are more experienced than others. No offense to the workers. A shop definitely worth visiting for a coffee and a pie.
