Best coffee in town

They have the best water station in the world. Eating a chicken pot pie for breakfast never felt so good. I came to Kookaburra and I had water and chicken pot pie. Are the stickers free? My friend took one.

While not as good a location as the other Kookaburras in town, the coffee here is clearly the best. Bri clearly knew her coffee..right temp, right foam.

I love all the kookaburras in the area, but this one is my favorite! Excellent service, yummy drinks and food with a quiet atmosphere. I love to come here for my lunch break, grab a coffee and snack and just relax for a few minutes.

We ventured here on our way into St. Augustine. I had been craving a coffee all day and what better way to enjoy one than at a cafe hailing from Down Under.
The first thing I noticed was how welcoming and polite the baristas were to us. They were happy to answer questions and give suggestions. Even as more customers arrived, they treated them with the same respect and kindness.
I prefer coffee shops that make their own syrups as they make the coffees taste better and show their dedication to the art of coffee-making.
To my joy, this place not only makes their own syrups, but recently released their house-made Pumpkin Spice syrup. Even Fall in Florida deserves a slice of authentic pie and this did not disappoint. My latte was the perfect beverage for a cool day. It wasn’t too sweet and the sprinkle of vanilla spice on top added to its perfection.
My fiancé enjoyed a cafe au lait with the loveliest steamed foam and hint of sugary sweetness. The chocolate dessert we shared was a unique combination of an Australian chocolate bar, caramel and chocolate on top. I thought it would be way too rich but surprisingly it had the right blend of ingredients to give it a pie-like texture.
Vegetarian options: Any beverage would be vegetarian. All of the pastries should be vegetarian. I’m unsure about the savory foods.
Dietary restrictions: They have alternative milks.
Parking: Free parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: A lot of yummy options for the kiddos.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s one story and plenty of space.
