Affordable and good food for lunch
We had a great dinner there!
Disappointing. Ordered online, come in and food was never made. “It never printed” fine. Had to sit there for an additional 20mins waiting for my food. Come to find out my food wasn’t even made correct. All I received was empty apologies. Same your time go anywhere else.
Nice place. Food is great but it's a bit tiny. Outdoor seating is very nice.

Excellent food and service! I've been to othe Loops and they can't touch how good this place is. Food is very reasonably priced as well. Great burger and fries under 12 bucks! Love ❤️ it

Food was very good. Burger was cooked perfectly. It was juicy and definitely filling. Normally, places undercooke them. Chicken wrap was very tasty. My only negative comment is like pretty much everywhere you go, their cash register gives you a tip option. But you have to wait for your food to be prepared then get up and get it yourself from the counter. I'm not sure who I'm tipping and why other than it's almost become expected.

First visit to The Loop in WGV St Augustine but won’t be our last. Great service & clean- lunch was outstanding. Highly recommend the grilled chicken sandwich & sweet potato waffle fries - sweet tea. Yummmm. Kudos to The Loop team.

This newly opened restaurant seems to be VERY busy….but they stayed on top of things.
We visited for lunch on our way out of town. There was plenty of help behind the counter both at the registers and in the kitchen. The wait to take our order was minimal, as was the wait to be served our food. We ordered pizza and a chicken sandwich. Both were fresh, flavorful, and very eye-appealing.
The decor was modern. The staff was pleasant and all remained busy while we were there. The restaurant was clean despite the ‘leave your plates in the table’ directions. There was inside and outside seating, although the seating inside was minimal. The prices were affordable.
If I had to say anything negative… it would be that the music was a tad bit loud…. But easily remedied. We will definitely be back for another visit. Definitely recommended.

The food is great, fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only downside ..
The restaurant is too noisy. The room is small and the acoustics aren’t great, with the open kitchen, but the music is very loud and it’s difficult to carry on the conversation.
