The Loop - World Golf Village

The reason for the two stars goes directly to the cleanliness of the restaurant. Not only were the toilets full of urine, and there was no running water in the bathroom, tables were left unattended with dirty dishes, and the worst of all we’re my utensils that I was using for my dinner. I had to wipe down two sets of utensils to only find out that brown residue was left on the white napkin.
I’m really hoping that this review catches the owner/managers attention, because as a family we would like to continue to come back.

Omg I go to burger place to see if any body can top Hopdoddy. And as I still love Hopdoddy man the Loop taste better and the price is waay better. The onion rings are to die for. The season in the food is so good.

We have used this Loop location several times for business catering and they have always done a really great job. The delivery and set up is smooth and seamless and the value and quality of the food is unmatched! Our employees love it! We will definitely be ordering again in the future and would highly recommend!

Always friendly service and delicious food at the Amelia Island location!

Listen we have been to most but this one is the BEST!!!!! The quality, the flavors, the variety. Take your time, come and enjoy… sit inside or out and relax… the food is fresh, awesome and the people are Incredible. It was a delight coming here… We will be making this a regular stop!!!!

We drive today for lunchtime they sold the people sitting in the cars in the parking and they laid 10 minutes would opening we walk in nobody say hi welcome nothing really rude staff not friendly. They absolutely don’t care about customer service at all so we look at the menu and because of the personality of the staff we decide to leave Staff will need professional training. This is the Florida dates a lot Tourist people visiting . But I guess they don’t care

A bit slow compared to other locations, kids pizza was good & american burger, but my portabello mushroom veggie sandwich was cold, bread seemed old (bottom was hard 😒) as well as the regular fries…. They seemed old & reheated multiple times.

My Nocatee location is always consistent & we are regulars there, its always fresh too, bit disappointing to see this location not hit all marks & everyone else enjoyed their meals.

For the love of god, stop selling the big nasty stale dinner fries , they’re always overcooked, garbage… welcome to 2025, sell fries that ppl like and learn how to cook them properly. If your staff won’t eat them, how do you expect customers to want them .
