I was here many years ago when visiting St Augustine. Such a cute place and great food! They make their own hot sauce and it was sooooo good. I bought one to take home and I wish I bought ten of them! I wish I could purchase it online to be shipped!
To the owners; if there is anyway for me to get some of that delicious hot sauce let me know!! It would be amazing!

Absolutely love the food and the team that works here ! The make all the food with love and good vibes. My favorite go to is the chicken salad wrap with goat cheese and as a side I love the hash browns with goat cheese too ( the cheese melts in the potatoes and it’s so delicious) I adore the kindhearted servers and food ! Heathy fresh eats to recharge my body with good fuel ! Love this place!!!

Lived in St. A for 8 years. Always great service and a vegetarian menu that offers many gluten free options in a clean, casual and calm atmosphere. That’s why I was sure to visit more than once during a 2-week return to Saint Augustine, and carried meals on ice when I left - a surprise dinner for my daughter in NC that evening.

Love Manatee! The only complaint I have is it’s always freezing in there. I know I’m not alone. We laugh because we say to wear your parka when going. They say the ceiling fans need to run because it gets too hot in there kitchen. Why not put industrial fans in the kitchen so the customers don’t freeze. 🥶

Cute little place with delicious food. Lots of vegan options- wraps, burritos, a stir fry, salads, soup, pie and more. Staff was attentive and friendly. We all loved our food. I like lots of flavorful veggies and my stir fry did not disappoint. My daughters lived their burritos. I’m obsessed with manatee art, so that was fun, too!

From the menu to the vibes, this cafe feels like a hippie dippy place from the early 2000s. They even have "tofutti" on the menu! Our server was friendly and helpful. Everything on the menu is NOT vegan, but the servers are knowledgeable and happy to help navigate the menu. I asked if the grits are vegan (they are!) and she brought vegan butter for the grits. The breakfast burrito wasn't rolled like I was expecting, but it was fine. Their hot sauce is a very good addition to said "burrito." From what I tried, the menu items just taste like the ingredients listed. Not bad, but definitely simple. The place was packed on a Sunday morning so they must be doing something right.
I have been going here for the past 25 years. Everyone has their favorites mine is the tofu scramble with 2 yeast dressings a red zinger tea then for desert a couple of sesame candies. My husband loves the tuna with a side of hummus. They used to sell a cook book with a few recipes which I still have but it never comes out the same when they cook it. By far my #1 healthy breakfast/lunch spot in town!
