I came for the Cuban panini but ended up getting the burger as it was voted the “best in St Augustine.”
My visit was during lunch and every table was full and turning over quickly. Sitting at the bar my tea came in short order and never ran out. Food quickly followed as well, arriving almost straight out of the fryer and just off the grill :).
The burger was advertised as a half pounder but really felt like a 1/3 pound. The house made bun was excellent albeit a little thick. Fry’s were crisp. Patty had a nice seasoning mix which added to the overall flavor. I’d have to say it was a GOOD burger but likely not the absolute best in St A. I hope to be back to the area to test the theory.
TLDR: Good burger, great service away from the downtown crowds.

The food was amazing and very filling with huge portions! The cowboy burger is really good along side with their house made fries and their good fried pickles. The fried pickles were lacking a little bit but with their horseradish and mustard mix, it brings the flavor a lot more. The service was also amazing with the servers checking in on the customers most of the time and food time took about 15 minutes. They only had 2 chefs working which is normal for the size of the restaurant. The atmosphere was a little off with some lights being broken, the floor being dirty, but the signs and decorations do stand off a good amount. Its a really good place if you're there to have a large meal and a full stomach. A 4.2/5 would fit just right with eveything listed above.

We ordered the filet mignon special, which was cooked as ordered med rare and very, very good. Green beens were fine. Mashed potatoes were delicious but only mildly warm, strange since the previous two were very hot. Spouse ordered a prime rib sandwich, which was tasty, but she didn't note some excessively fatty pieces. Sweet potatoes and ceasar salad were both decent. Service was ok. However, having the daily beer and wine on a TV monitor, which was near impossible to see where we were sitting, was not good , especially worse during daylight hours (glare). Overall, food and experience were good, and we will likely return to try some other menu items. Recommend.

I live around the corner, but I've only ever gotten takeout there. Usually for lunch. Friends were coming into town for the night and we hate navigating the traffic and parking downtown so we decided to head in for dinner. Not only was it best decision we could've made but also I'm so glad I booked a reservation! Don't sleep on this little spot in a sleepy little strip mall because it is absolutely phenomenal and if you are a burger person, you absolutely must get the conquistador!
The food here is very good. High quality and great flavors. Highly recommended. It is a bar, so be aware of that. Not that it's a problem, just is.

The food was delicious. I built a burger while my husband had the wine burger Both just perfect. I got the french fries and he had the coleslaw Again just delicious! He ordered the special pineapple sangria and i had the red sangria. Both very tasty. Prices are great. Can't wait to go back again. I'm glad we made a reservation, the place was standing room only if you didn't!

Found this place online. We were heading to the St Augustine amphitheater, and wanted to get something to eat before the concert and not eat downtown St Auggie. This place was a pleasant surprise!! Made a reservation, but when we got there they told us to sit at any open table. Super friendly service, local vibe, great pub food, fresh salads! Would definitely recommend and go back if in the area.

I realize it was Valentine's Day but we were packed in like sardines. When we left the couple next to us said, well it was nice sharing a meal with you!😂🤣 The food was just ok, we should have just ordered off the register menu and not the special one.
