I had the huevos rancheros which are made with a house made chili, it was out of this world! we also tried the salmon platter, the omelettes were fantastic, and the French toast are to die for, if you’re into Nutella, please do yourself a favor and try the Nutella infused once, just delicious!

Been going there for years. Service is average at best but food is normally good. Today however was the Christmas brunch and EVERYTHING was cold when I set down to eat. I went ahead and eat because I just figured no matter what it was going to be cold. The server came by and I told her it was all cold. I eat and went to pay and she charged me $19.00 for a cold breakfast. I will never go back.

The food were ok. I know the gravy isn't homemade because its taste just like from out of the bag, I used work in Holiday Inn as breakfast attendant. Same taste that I remembered. The pancake my hubby ordered, please put more strawberries on it. The best things out of this was home fries.

Excellent breakfast place. Friendly staff, competent service and just real good food.
Stopped in for breakfast this morning and it was exactly what I expected… excellent. Upon arrival, the restaurant was fairly busy. Even so, the floors were clean, the tables all wiped and from what I could tell, all patrons were taken care of and not waiting for anything. The service was impeccable. Quick, efficient and friendly. The order was delivered faster than expected and cooked perfectly. My wife, 3 of our kids and I were extremely impressed with the entire experience. The owner, Dave, was even walking around and greeting guests and filling coffee. 5/5. Highly recommended for a real southern/ American breakfast! We will absolutely be back

Found this place by searching online reviews. What a good find. Our preference when traveling is to visit local family owned restaurants. The Spot is a good example of this. Parking is easy. The service and the food are great. The portions are large enough to satisfy most appetites. We will come back again when in St Augustine.
