They are very knowledgeable about vegan diets. From what I was told, all of their options are vegan, but if you don't eat honey like me then you may also not consider it to be strictly vegan-only. Still, it's most of the way there. It's a lot easier to order here than most other places. I wonder whether they would switch from honey to agave in order to be fully vegan. Most of the options were really good. The bagels were great and had an amazing combination of different flavors and textures. The banana nut muffin was tasty without being overly sweet. The chocolate ganache was rich and smooth. The lentil soup was hot and filling. The only thing I didn't really enjoy was the superfood cookie. It's a very small restaurant so keep that in mind. There are two places to sit and eat that fit three people each so keep in mind that you will not have seating for a large group. Though the one person working behind the counter worked hard to prepare all of the food we ordered despite it being relatively busy.
What else is there to say??? Early morning The Works bagel is absolutely delicious, the Cold Brew and Cacao smoothie was so fresh, with the perfect mix of sweet and bitter. My wife absolutely loved the cashew cream cheese (made in house by the way!).
Owner was very sweet and kind.

Quiet, calm, clean. A must stop for a healthy, fresh juice, smoothie or snack. Our teen was so overstimulated and this place was exactly what we needed to recharge. The fresh juice was delicious.

I always love the bagels here!! It’s a must if you’re in St. Augustine.
Walked in and felt unwelcome. The young woman working didn’t greet us, didn’t smile, and acted like we were a nuisance when we asked a question. Her attitude was dismissive. We turned around and walked out. No thanks.

My husband and I have come here the past two mornings, and it’s been such a great find! It’s not easy to find quick gluten-free breakfast options, but this spot really delivers. We’ve had the smoothie bowls and wellness lattes, both are delicious and leave you feeling great afterward. The friendly service and delicious food make it a perfect way to start the morning!

We tried the soup of the day, a white bean and kale soup-very tasty. We also enjoyed our bagel sandwiches loaded with carrot lox, crispy coconut bacon and cashew cream cheese--fresh and delicious. Friendly staff. Moderately priced.
This was my go to breakfast spot for our entire vacation, my only regret is that I didn’t go more! Try the Carrot Lox Bagel or the Golden Milk latte! So so good!

This was my favorite place to eat while at St. Augustine.
The staff was so friendly, the inside of the restaurant was really clean and inviting.
And the food was done of the best I've had. Honestly, in the 4 days we were there, looking back, I almost wish I ate at sprout once a day.
Ask the food was phenomenal, but the vegetarian tuna was the best we have had.
Sadly, I forgot to take pictures of the food or the inside, but you should be able to see it from other people's posts.

My friend and I are thrilled we found this little place. If you are spending the day downtown and you love a healthy, plant-based, clean meal, it is a must stop for lunch or breakfast. The Carrot Lox bagel was gluten free and had such a nice blend of flavors.; by far my favorite sandwich in St Augustine. The staff were all very nice and friendly even though they had a long line. The only undesirable is that there is no parking and one must pay to park or plan to walk many blocks to get there... but well worth it!

The food was absolutely fantastic… Everything my husband and I ate had so much flavor, it was so creatively put together, it was an outstanding experience, and I would recommend it to everyone. Please check this place out! I’m

Sprouts kitchen is a must stop if in the area! I cant’t stop thinking about all of their menu items. While I don’t have any dietary restrictions ALL of their options are vegan and some are even gluten free!! I have visited a handful of times and it has yet to disappoint. Today my sister and I ordered the carrot “lox” bagel, “the works” bagel with some modifications, and the green smoothie. While it may be a little pricey, the ingredients and service will always compensate!

One health food spot is a bit like another for me but this one is just fine. I personally would vastly prefer a chewy robust bagel over a cracker-y sprouted wheat bagel but I have to admit my omnivore friend was vocally pleased. Cacao ganache lovely. Food options limited. Standard tip pad shakedown with no table service. Needs to provide water. Updated from previous review on 2025-07-26
After watching the show on TV of the restaurant that was very impressed so I bought the coconut bacon online I was very disappointed it actually tasted like burnt firewood not bacon I tried to use it needed but I can't and my wife is well
So delicious 😋 yummy!
