The Witty Whisker Cat Cafe

I am out of town working and I saw this cafe on the way to one of my sites and I decided to stop around lunch when I had some time. Everyone working was so nice, and I was so happy to get to see some cats while I am away from mine for a couple of days! Safe to say it filled my heart to stop in for just a couple of minutes 😊

Came here with my sisters for our little road trip from Wesley Chapel to St. Augustine and we had such a great time! All the cats were PRECIOUS, I especially favored Starry, Bridge, and Nommo, (I miss them, ugh). If my partner wasn’t allergic to cats, I would’ve adopted all those beautiful black cats in a heartbeat!!
We came at a great time, as the cafe was empty so we had all the cats to ourselves, haha. The room the cats were in was very clean and did not have any unpleasant smells. As I did my research prior to visiting location, I understood that would be a $12 fee to enter the cat room, which I believe is an incredibly reasonable price all things considered. On a side note, I’m saddened to see the negative reviews regarding things people should have known prior to arrival. Always do your research prior to visiting a place like this, do not blame a small business for “surprise fees” if you did not take an additional five minutes to check their website for policies and fees. I will be visiting again when we are back in St Augustine!!! :)

This café in San Agustín is not just a place to drink coffee it’s a small sanctuary for the soul ☕🐾
The aroma is deep and comforting, the kind that welcomes you in without asking, and between each sip you meet the true hosts of the space: the cats. Elegant, curious, and completely at home, they quietly steal your attention and your heart.

They don’t interrupt they accompany. They move like living poetry between the tables, look at you as if they already know your thoughts, and somehow slow time down in the most beautiful way. Coffee simply tastes better when a cat chooses to sit nearby, as if giving its silent artistic approval.

Warm, authentic, and filled with a beautiful energy where great coffee, love for animals, and calm coexist naturally.
If you’re in San Agustín and need a gentle pause from life, this is not just a place you visit it’s a feeling 🐱✨

We went on a day when an event was going on so unfortunately we were unable to go into the car care but we're able to see the cute kitties. Love the fact that all cats are adoptable and well taken care of. We brought some really cute pins to support them. Hope to come back another time.

We had the best experience meeting all the cuties for my birthday. It's hard to not want to take them all home. The woman working was very attentive and kind. She's very good at her job and the place is super clean.

I love The Witty Whisker Cafe! It’s a great place to just go and hang with a bunch of cats or relax in the cafe with a fresh bakery item or yummy coffee!!!! We just had my daughter’s 11th birthday party today there and it was absolutely perfect! They had the cutest sign at the door just for my daughter and the cake was so beautiful and the flavor was amazing!

The employees were friendly

Visited Witty Whiskers early last week and loved the place. The coffee was very good, the biscuit was out-of-this-world good. I got mine with two servings of eggs and bacon. My grandson enjoyed his time in the kitty room; it's so good to see cats being well taken care of. The staff members were cheery and attentive. It was a wonderful way to start our morning.
