Tropical Smoothie Cafe

There were two girls working (9/21) morning and I asked for three smoothies and she only put in two. I asked one to be put in two cups, which they did not do. I was supposed to get a free smoothie due to a promotion and she still charged me for it. Then a boy walked in that the two girls started talking to and thus ignored everyone else in the store. They were cursing and being inappropriate.

Great place to get a refreshing big fresh smoothie and good food and snack options clean place. Cute shopping area. All around I recommend!!

They serve only 20 ounce cups. Their hours are wrong on their door. Waited an hour for them to open, then I got inside and the wi-fi didn't work. Also the outlets are all the way on the ceiling and there's none anywhere else so I couldn't charge my phone. The cashier was super nice but the place was super not.

Stopped in at 10:20 am for a smoothie. Wasn't sure it was open because the open sign was off. I walk in and there are customers not wearing shoes and teens seating on the counter. Really not welcoming for food or beverage purchasing. Do better.

Just left this location. When I walked in, the young lady behind the counter working on an order looked at me and turned her head to get back to working on an order. The young man working did the same. I stood there for several minutes as neither said a word or attempted to assist me. I walked out.

We ordered online, went to pick it up. Store was closed…we called, emailed, went thru the app, the manager never responded. So they got our money for nothing. Do not trust this tropical smoothie.

Showed up at 730 to get breakfast before work. Posted time on door and online says open at 7 and was not open. It was not a holiday or anything. If planning to be closed needs to update hours. If this is an employee not showing up they need to be fired.

The young man at the counter was not very personable. However as the usual the smoothies were good

2nd time they’ve gotten an order wrong- adding PEANUT BUTTER to a green smoothie (instead of pea protein). The 4 very young teens (no adult in sight) were very indifferent when the incorrect order was returned. They were unfazed when pointed out the dangers if someone with peanut allergy drank what they thought was just the green smoothie they ordered. Phone number was left with a request for owner to call to discuss. No return call yet. This is the second time.

I typically love tropical smoothie but this location was an exception. It was extremely messy and dirty. We were the only customers there at the time and no one was attempting to clean anything up Garbage can was overflowing, chairs were strung about everywhere. Tables tops were dirty. I saw no adults employed there either. Looked like no one was older than 14 on staff.

Deleted my past review. Lately they have been watering down their smoothies. I just ordered four different smoothies and all of them were watered down and didn't taste like anything. Almost $40 for blended ice.

This place is absolutely filthy and it smells bad.

I would give negative stars if I could. We waited 25 minutes for 2 smoothies before we finally left. The teens in this place made sure their friends were all given free smoothies,chips and cookies as we waited patiently. Their friends arrived after we had already waited 20 minutes. We told them we wanted a refund. The teen working didn't know how, so he handed back the $20 bill and our receipt as the refund. This place is terrible but I am sure nothing will be done. They've obviously been doing this for a while. If this is a franchise, the owner should really be checking the inventory and the money. Never again!!
