Service was great the blond girl brown haired girl and the girl with tattoos were all very nice and greeted me when I came in and my smoothie tasted great highly recommend this tropical smoothie

I went to tropical smoothie this morning on December 7th with some of my friends, the service was great and the food was made quickly. There was a blonde girl and a brunette girl working, Great service. Definitely will be back.

Workers sitting in the back on tables, waited about 5 mins, called out for anyone w no answer, workers don't even seem like they want to be here, missing ingredients for wraps, 2/10 wouldn't recommend this location!!!!

Two young ladies one with tattoos and dyed hair working the other day had about 3 girls (who i don’t believe worked there) back there with them, i had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to even notice i was there. My bahama mama tasted like nothing, i am not returning to this neighborhood cafe and i have heard others say the same about the employees. Disappointed to see where the owner has taken this tropical smoothie.

I can't do this place anymore, a bunch of kids work there, no supervision. Service is horrendous, the quality of food is way down, they just cater to their friends who hang out at the restaurant. It's like a youth drop in center, some with no shirts or shoes, so sanitary. And the rudest employees in town, none of them want to be there and it shows.

There were two girls working (9/21) morning and I asked for three smoothies and she only put in two. I asked one to be put in two cups, which they did not do. I was supposed to get a free smoothie due to a promotion and she still charged me for it. Then a boy walked in that the two girls started talking to and thus ignored everyone else in the store. They were cursing and being inappropriate.

They serve only 20 ounce cups. Their hours are wrong on their door. Waited an hour for them to open, then I got inside and the wi-fi didn't work. Also the outlets are all the way on the ceiling and there's none anywhere else so I couldn't charge my phone. The cashier was super nice but the place was super not.

Stopped in at 10:20 am for a smoothie. Wasn't sure it was open because the open sign was off. I walk in and there are customers not wearing shoes and teens seating on the counter. Really not welcoming for food or beverage purchasing. Do better.

Just left this location. When I walked in, the young lady behind the counter working on an order looked at me and turned her head to get back to working on an order. The young man working did the same. I stood there for several minutes as neither said a word or attempted to assist me. I walked out.

We ordered online, went to pick it up. Store was closed…we called, emailed, went thru the app, the manager never responded. So they got our money for nothing. Do not trust this tropical smoothie.

Showed up at 730 to get breakfast before work. Posted time on door and online says open at 7 and was not open. It was not a holiday or anything. If planning to be closed needs to update hours. If this is an employee not showing up they need to be fired.

The young man at the counter was not very personable. However as the usual the smoothies were good
