Usually a good location. Was having a great day when I asked for a simple smoothie suggestion. Had a rude, condescending and unhelpful cashier- the type of interaction that just makes you regret coming out and spending your money. :(

I really enjoy this spot! The food and smoothies are delicious and a healthier option compared to many other places. The owners and staff are always friendly, and the cafe is consistently clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

I ordered on the tropical smoothie app 40 minutes has gone by so I called the tropical smoothie and they never received my order apparently according to the girl who answered the phone. I can’t even request a refund for my order as they say they never received it. 20 dollars down the drain

I did a recent online pick up. I’m not feeling well and I have a baby and my husband is out of town for work. So I placed an online order and got my baby ready and headed to the store. My order said it would be ready by 7:37 I arrived at 7:51. When I walked in no one was behind the counter the store was empty. When someone did come out she they started to prepare my order so I had to wait. Just annoying that I’m really sick and feel weak and I placed an online order so I wouldn’t have to be around people and just grab and go home. I truly have no clue why my order wasn’t ready. The store was completely empty.

The restaurant smelled funny but appeared somewhat clean. Ordered our food, requested the lite ranch to be on the side which automatically comes on the buffalo chicken wrap. Instead of ringing it up as hold the light ranch and put it on the side, the young lady charged me .50 cents for it. When I questioned her, she said “it's only .50 cents”which is horrible costumer service. Guess horrible customer service deserves a 15% tip which is what I tipped for basically counter service. Hope the owner sees this review and can maybe teach this young lady with dark hair walking on the heals of her shoes some customer service and manners.
